I ordered online for pickup two footlong subs, and only checked them after returning home. One of the subs was made extremely incorrectly: it was missing two meats, and had tomatoes that had been removed. The worst fallacy was that the sandwich had bell peppers on it: an ingredient that was not a part of the selected sandwich in the first place, and most importantly, an ingredient that my fiance is highly allergic to. After finding this out, I had to waste a total of 30 minutes of going to the store to have it remade correctly. Sidenote: they will not pick up the phone and their voicemail box is full.
When I arrived to the store for a sandwich remake, the employee that originally made the sandwich(there was only one guy there so it was obvious) tried to say that he was “very busy”(i had seen no customers besides me at all) and tried to blame the fallacies on the toaster, which made no sense. After I made him aware of the situation, my fiance was allergic to an ingredient HE added and could have resulted in a hospital trip if it was eaten, he reluctantly agreed to remake it. He was very rude throughout the entire interaction and nearly missed even more ingredients. All in all, I am very glad I did not tip and will not be back to this location.
If you want to enjoy your experience or your sandwich, I would recommend another Subway.

The restaurant had a clean and bright atmosphere. I was impressed with the worker Lexi. She was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated her guiding me through with recommendations quickly when I found they did not have exactly what I wanted. She was able to quickly pick up on my hesitation and explained what was normally done to the order but not in a way that was imposing. I don’t usually post unless something makes a sting impression on me. For this restaurant it was Lexi. Thank you for helping me with speed efficiency and kindness!

Came here to get food at 10:30pm and the man making the food was miserable and had a nasty attitude. Took 20mins to make one sandwich. I’d like my meal with less unhappiness and bitterness. Thanks.

I went in with my sister and brother in law just now robin the only guy working was super dismissive and even rolled his eyes the moment we pulled up. We hadn’t even gotten out of the car. I asked for light mayo and he gave me a ton of mayo. My brother in law asked for onions and he gave him mayo. And my sister in laws sandwich was also messed up as well. Not too pleased with the experience and felt as if we were a burden. The guy also added a tip himself.

I went after 10pm, and Robi was working. Needless to say that I usually walk away from Subway Feeling ripped off because the employees like to skimp on everything! HOWEVER, that was by far the best American Club Footlong I think I've had from Subway. Yes, I spent 28 dollars for my sandwich and 2 bags of chips with a 20% tip added on, but I did walk away this time feeling like it was worth every penny! Robi definitely made a customer outta me. 🙌🔥👏👏👏
Perfect 9pm snack. Robin was 11/10. Best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Robin slayed
They make food with no good breads the bread looks expired
The lady who made my sandwiches was very nice, but the food didn't taste fresh at all. The bread had a gross fridge taste & the churros were even worse. I had to spit it out and almost threw up. There's still a gross after taste in my mouth sadly :(
The workers late night suck they focus on the online orders before the people in the store 👎

Have never had a good experience here. The worker is always giving off the feeling that he doesn't want to be there and it's heavily reflected in the food. Most of the equipment goes down a lot such as the toaster. Again the guy doesn't give off any indication that he cares. Ordered a meatball sandwich and received cold meatballs with unmelted cheese and it's definitely not toasted cause why bother right? Not like he cares.
My pregnant wife ordered a sandwich deli meat toasted and when we opened it the meat was completely cold and the bread was soggy. When I returned it and asked to be remade they remade it but said the meat turned cold because the veggies are cold. That’s not really how that works lol. Workers are uninspired and unprofessional and I would recommend going someplace not inside a gas station. Happy eating
They screwed up my order, wrong bread, wrong ingredients on it. DOESNT call me back or help to refund back.
Ordered online messed up my sub wrong sauces wrong cheese. Put Vinegarette instead of Chipotle southwest.

This place has consistently made my food terribly. One time had a dude working night shift actively fight me when I tried to tell him dippers were 12 inches, not 6 -- and he refused to remake it for me or just give me the rest of the food I had ordered.
Just now I ordered a salad with rotisserie style chicken. First of all, the chicken is awful and is the consistency of canned tuna. Whether that's a subway franchise issue or this specific place's fault is unknown to me. What IS their fault, is the fact that my salad is 90% chicken and 10% lettuce and veggies. I'm not joking I've never quite seen anything like it. I can't eat it!
This store is obviously ran by teenagers and people who don't care, which I can respect as someone who once did food service because he industry is awful, but please I'm begging, make good food sometimes
