Super Chix - Puyallup, WA

Not super thrilled. Went here to eat, and this is what I saw by the door. Needless to say, I left and went somewhere else.

I don’t think it’s healthy or sanitary for the restaurant to look like this.

My wife and I visited the Super Chix in Frederickson a few days ago. This was our first experience with a Super Chix. I ordered chicken strips my wife had a chicken sandwich. Ee both thought our items were very good. The chicken strips were soaked in buttermilk,.crunchy and oh so hot. The chicken sandwich was large and.oh so tasty. The reason I rated.it 4.stars.is the cost!!! There is no option for a meal deal so adding a side and a drink to the chicken strips would make the cost around $20.00. So if you don't mind the cost the food is good.

Came in around 5:30 pm in a Wednesday and had the best service!!!! The kindest workers and food is also very good! 10/10 recommend!

The food is extremely fresh and visually pleasing! - I TAKE EVERYTHING BACK! This place sucks and always has. Don’t waste your money. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had my order messed up and been treated with disrespect. One time I had my tray thrown on the table because they weren’t made correctly the first time and they were mad I said something. I promise this place is not worth your money or your time.

Ordered from here a month ago, order was completely wrong, we called and they tried to deliver the order again, and again failed to have correct items. Tried again last night and order wasn't correct again, they didnt add extra chicken filet or sauce that was paid for. Plenty of other restaurants around that wont waste your time or money

A tad on the pricier side for chicken sandwiches. Not the best I’ve ever had. Fries were flavorful and the chicken sandwiches were juicy. The custard shakes were delicious.

GREAT chicken sandwiches and very generous portion sizes. For the same price as a meal at Chick-fil-A you can get a lot of food that is fresh, hot, crispy and delicious.

I want one of everything on the menu (except the salads lol). The Hot Honey sandwich is seasonal but if you catch it, I’d definitely recommend trying it.

There is a sauce bar with a variety of dipping sauces including classics like bbq, ranch, ketchup and honey mustard. I wasn’t blown away by the buffalo sauce but all the other sauces were great.

I didn’t try the custard but I will next time!

The staff members I interacted with were all genuinely kind, helpful and welcoming. There was a family with small kids ordering before me and the Super Chix cashier was incredibly patient, nice and seemed to ease the stress of the moment for the parents. Thank you for being wonderful!

Restrooms were clean and spacious, plenty of parking and easy to find in the shopping center. I will most definitely be back!

Stopped in with the family on our way up to Mt Rainier N.P. we love us some chicken and wanted to check these guys out. We showed up around lunchtime and got 3 kids' meals, some Cajun loaded fries, a Korean BBQ special, and the bacavodo I think it's called. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious in about 10 minutes. Kids destroyed their sliders and custard. The custard is very creamy and delicious. The sauce bar is a nice touch. Everything was great and we will return if near one again.

Waited 30 mins for one sandwich and fries. There was only 2 people working and I asked how long it would be and the cashier said 5-10 mins. The grilled chicken was paper thin and I paid 25$ for a sandwich fries and a drink. Left feeling upset that I waited so long and paid so much.
