The buffalo chicken sandwich, in particular, was incredibly delicious, with just the right amount of spice and flavor. The chicken was tender, and the bun was fresh, making each bite a delight.Apart from the sandwiches, the fries at Super Chix were also a standout. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfectly seasoned and served piping hot. The combination of the sandwiches and fries made for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.The restaurant's ambiance was casual and inviting, and the service was friendly and efficient. One of my most unpleasant experiences. Ordered fries, Cordon Blue sandwich & PB cup ice cream.Beyond the actual foul stench that filled the place, the food was lackluster.Fries are terrible, covered in oil, bland, and just DUMPED into the to go bag with little regard.Ice cream wasn't terrible, but it's also hard to mess that up. My cup was cut through but it's not their fault, likely someone happy with a box knife.The sandwich was also lackluster, not really worth even describing.Save your money, avoid this place. I know I plan to.Parking: Very small and lots of Compact parking lots. If you're Anyone else, good luck.

I love this place!!The food is amazing ( I love the chicken tenders and rosemary fries) , the service is stellar, and the atmosphere ( 80’s rock was playing this time).
The customer service was phenomenal, the food was incredible, and the CUSTARD! You don’t get to see fresh custard for sale on a daily basis.A special thanks to Eli, who was the primary cashier and front-end server of the restaurant at the time and day of our visit, provided a great welcoming atmosphere. We were already excited to eat here once we finished paying at the front through him. Will make this restaurant a staple in my wife and I’s food rotation!

Went here because it opened close to my house and my husband was interested in trying it. We got two sandwiches and fries... $32. I tried one of their monthly special sandwiches. I could barely get it out of the box without it falling apart. It was soggy and just didn't taste good at all. Anyone comparing this place to Chic-Fil-A should be put in jail lol I definitely won't be back because I have higher standards and this place just ain't cutting it
I brought my family there a few days ago for the first time to check it out and what really made my experience 5 stars was Eli. He had a great energy and really great customer service. I feel like since Covid, people just aren’t like that anymore so it was nice to go into an establishment and feel welcomed. I will recommend this place to friends and will be back!

The music was a little too loud. Had to keep repeating our orders. It was our 1st and last visit! I pick my father up every Wednesday to go hang out, and we stop and eat on the way back home. We decided to stop here this time. We got our food eaten and the whole next day we both were sick on the toilet all day.

I was thrilled to see a brand like that come to Pierce County because I'm a Caniac. Since they are adequately staffed to handle the opening weekend crowd, the queue moved quickly. The ordering process was simple, and the wait time of about 22 minutes was reasonably anticipated. The food was of poor quality; our chicken was at best room temperature, and some of the potatoes and pickles were almost warm. The timing of food preparation could enhance its quality. Though none of the sauces compare to canes sauce, the chicken lacks taste, so stop by the sauce bar for a dip. The slider that came with a "jumbo" strip was the smallest chicken strip we ordered, thus it didn't live up to our expectations or provide value for the $5.99. Sauce

Definitely not impressed and more than likely I will not go back. The kids to work there are not friendly granite they are not rude and $10.99 for just a chicken sandwich, no fries, or anything else. I'll pass!!

My husband and I tried this spot out a few days after they were open. I meant to write a review then, but they weren’t on google yet as they were just open. This is the best “fast food” joint to me. The food is so good! And I love their homemade fries with choice of toppings! My favorite is the melted cheese! We DoorDash from Super Chix at least once a week, which I have never done before from any fast food places since I prefer to cook at home.I definitely recommend it to anyone who has not tried it before.
