I get kinda rude employees waiting on me alot more than nice ones,food is usually barely warm,I feel kinda nauseas after eating there..Taco Time is wayyy better!! And its kinda expensive for what u get unfortunately!

I stopped into this Taco Bell on my lunch break. I ordered 4 bean burritos with extra cheese and onions. I didn’t have much time before I had to return to work, so I ate all the burritos in about 10 minutes time. And then all of the sudden right before I stood up I felt the unmistakable rumbling of my stomach and I knew I’d better find the bathroom quick. Long story short, as soon as I stood up I filled my pants with 4 bean burritos with extra cheese and onions. I shamefully made my way to the restroom to throw my underwear away and clean myself up the best I could. Upon exiting the bathroom an employee greeted me with a full refund saying, “If they don’t leave with you, we can’t rightly charge you for the burritos”. Needless to say, I took my refund and will definitely return to this location in the future. Five Stars!

Ordered chicken cantina tacos from the Taco Bell app, chicken as dark brown / black / grey in color, dry, hard and tasted and smelled rotten. Reported it in the Taco Bell app we used to order the delivery food. Would not refund us just $10 credit which didn’t cover half the price of the order. Likely will never eat at Taco Bell again because of this experience. Literally spolied rotten food.

Who ever worked this morning at 830am taking orders needs to be fired. Very rude and disrespectful I asked him if I could speak to a manager he refused he said I had no choice but to place my order with him because I asked to talk to somebody else I would like to be contacted by a more professional manager in regards to this because of how I was treated. I come to this location all the time the service is normally very well and I get my food fast and it's always Fresh So I prefer to come to this location but from now on I will be going somewhere else it's crazy how you guys can just hire people that are blatantly disrespectful and on purpose.

Crunchwrap supreme combo is usually my go to. I really like the black bean version. The woman who was running orders and checkout for the drive thru seemed distracted and was really upselling sour cream and jalapeños.
I wasn't sure if she was distracted. When I got to the window, it seemed frenetic. I've worked in a few different kitchens. There's being short-staffed, and then there's chaos.
I was super hungry and so I ate the crunchy taco in the parking lot. I took a couple bites of the crunchwrap and it tasted weird so I put it away until I got home.
I think the tomatoes were going bad. Also, I'm not sure where the black beans are hanging out.
Can't go wrong with the food at Taco Bell. The price is crazy for food these days. $50 for 4 people is crazy.

Absolutely disgusting, food was cold, doggy, and hardly any meat in everything we ordered. For what they charge for fast food these days it should be hot, fresh and have an acceptable level of the main ingredient in the food!

Ordered 8.50 Luxe Box and 3 crispy tacos. The only ediable thing was the Chalupa. There was so much grease in the meat it was disgusting. Never again. After paying $28 !!
