The worst taco bell I've ever had. Our tacos has almost no meat. I hardly could eat my crunchwrap. Nacho fries were completely stale. Overpriced garbage. Will never come back

I ordered a 2pc chicken meal with a drink, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. When I got home and opened my meal it was just biscuits. I wanted to go back to get my order but they were already closed. This isn’t the first time they have gotten my order wrong.

The last 2 times I have been to this location my crunch wrap has tasted bad. By bad, I mean there is a VERY distinct taste of either bad frying oil, bad corn or something of this sort. Either they are not changing their oil regularly or cleaning their equipment properly or they are using bad/expired hard corn shells. I have ordered a crunch wrap both times and they have both been absolutely inedible. I thought the first time was a fluke. They absolutely need the county to come out and do an inspection. I'll be reporting there as well. Drive the extra few miles to the location on Canyon RD. I have never had this problem there.

1st you only can go through the drive thru, then the man is rushing me to order. The woman at the window seemed very unhappy, i asked her a question about my order all for her to reply with yeah!! I shouldve known then what my food was going to be like. I get my food and to say underwhelmed is an understatement. My taco and chalupas had barely any filling in all of them. I had more sour cream than anything. Then I ordered a pot pie for my son all for there to be maybe a 1/2 cup of filling inside. To pay almost 30 dollars for something my young kids could of did better is pathetic. If I hadn't driven off I would of returned for a refund. This establishment should maybe do some retraining or new hiring.

Got a chicken cantina burrito and they put so little toppings in it that I couldn't even fill the soft taco I got on the side.. Went to get a replacement and this time they filled it with nothing but lettuce and tomato, and even then STILL didn't fill the burrito.
2 stars only because they replaced it.

What? Thanks to the worker for the flat stanley grilled tortilla w 3 pieces of chicken. And the Chipotle chicken melts that needed extra chicken but only got 4 pieces. Real winner. Work 9 years in the industry when people pay extra they get extra.

Ordered 8 price meal only got thighs and 1 wing and 1 leg asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and mac n cheese as sides then added extra large mac n cheese and large mashed potatoes and gravy the forget the extra mashed potatoes and gravy and large mac n cheese was in med bowl only with small amount in bottom. Very disappointed
