Many fails here. They put sour cream on my burrito I said not too. They didn't give me nacho cheese that I payed for. They didn't give me hot sauce that I ordered. I didn't get a receipt and I didn't get any napkins.

I love Taco Bell in general it's my go to when it comes to fast food however this location in particular is always hit or miss when it comes to getting your order correctly there have been many occasions where I have paid extra for customized items or add-ons and they didn't get it right. I once ordered their cheese quesadilla and they forgot to put the sauce inside of it that is normally in it so it was just a plain dry tortilla and cheese with nothing else. They have messed up my order so many times that I have learned my lesson to not even leave the parking lot until I check to make sure every item is there. Also Sometimes their cinnamon twists taste like they sprayed chemicals on them not sure why but it's weird. there is also a manager that works there that is very impatient and gets really snappy with you if you haven't fully decided what you want immediately when you pull up to the order window or if you change your mind while telling her your order. I've also seen her take other peoples order while I'm waiting for her to hand me my food getting extremely mad at customers and talking crap under her breath about them while taking their order. three stars is probably too generous but like I said it is my go to for fast food restaurants. Just make sure you always check that you got everything you ordered

Love taco bell but this last visit was absolute cheeks. Ordered on 2/17 around 1130 pm. 3 meals boxes, all meal were cold, tortillas were cold and the food just sucked. Someone needs to check on their man'

This t bell location does good work. Burritos are always folded well and fully stuffed. One time they forgot one of my items and they gave me 2 coupons for free tacos to make up for it. When I went to use the coupon at a later date, they hooked me up with an additional free taco. This the best t bell location I’ve been to.

Got the chalupa cravings box. Went through the drive through around 10:00 PM. The drive thru employee was pretty nice. Actually welcomed me and asked how I was. I'm very accustomed to the one word responses and blank stares of a lot of employees. Food was hot and came out fast. Can't complain!

Literally one bite of meat on my tacos. The picture is the actual amount of meat they put on, I did not touch it or move it or even bunch it together. It was barely enough for one bite.This is absolutely ridiculous. Quit pushing “extra meat” and start actually putting it on the food that people are already paying for. I assume it’s management pushing this because there’s no way the average employee wants to get yelled day in and day out for barely putting any meat on.I would’ve got a refund and let whatever manager know how unacceptable this is had I opened this trash in the store

Hours say they are open until 2am. We pull up and are refused our order and left to stay in the drive through line because we are boxed in. Terrible service and the worst customer service. At least let the people you refuse to serve out of the line so they can go somewhere else before you leave them in your drive through for 20 minutes while you serve only delivery orders. Also update your schedule so people wanting a late night snack can get food at a correct place with correct hours.

I swear for the last five months, they cannot seem to get my crunchy taco order right. After tonight they officially lost a customer. Is it really that difficult to read instructions?!? Me and my boyfriend were talking about it and have decided to take our business to El Rinconcito up Meridian. It's further of a drive, but at least they're not religiously getting my order wrong

I went for breakfast the other day and it was sloppy and cold. Tonight we got dinner and it was sloppy and not what I ordered. I have had a lot better from here in the past but am extremely disappointed as of late.

The chalupa shells have gone downhill lately, tasting/feeling more like pita bread rather than having the tasty soft crunch of how they used to be.
