We absolutely love Taco Time. After giving up on the other taco chains we finally found somewhere to satisfy that craving. Their chicken soft burritos are amazing and we love the beef tacos. Offering tots is also a favorite and I love dipping them in the hot sauce. A huge thanks to everyone that works there and can't wait to try the fish tacos and burritos next.

It used to be Taco Time was very expensive but great tasting. A $15 meal was nearly double what you would pay at fast food shops. Well times have changed and fast food is as expensive or more than Taco Time. They have resisted the market trend and kept their prices fairly limited, but the same great offerings.

Oh Taco Time Northwest you're usually my utmost favorite I hardly ever get to come to you but today I splurged something drastic has happened though somebody is shrinking your soft tacos! I hope you find out who it is because I would love to come back again and order one of my favorite which is a chicken soft taco. While your ingredients still remain fresh your sizes have shrunk exponentially! Also I'm not quite sure why the mexi fries are not crisp anymore did your fryer break? Also everything was cold well of course the fresh burrito was cold but that's fine. I'm really hoping that someone from this restaurant facility will read my post and we'll somehow find the culprit who keeps shrinking your soft tacos. It wasn't long ago when I would order a soft taco and it will be packed full of chicken lettuce tomato and cheese all the good things but now it is shrunk to a kids size but still with a giant size tortilla. Very disappointing very. Anyway hope you find the culprit and get this fixed!

Well they say they close at 10pm but pulled up to the drive thru at 954pm and no luck. There was a car behind us too that wanted to order, they also got no service. Just say your closed at 930pm then if you really stop serving before close.
Upon arrival to this Taco Time, I was greeted by simply the best customer service skillset by Katie at Taco Time. Knowledge of the menu, was unmatched. I need to find an electrical outlet to charge my phone ? ? with and she provided me the only outlet that was available behind the counter while I ate a great meal. Shout out to the chefs ?? ? ? ? working ? hard today. Everything was fresh and yummy ?. Great hires for everyone in your store. Thank You Katie and Taco Time. Been going here for a long time. First of all my review is not because of the quality of the food. Quality of the food is a five.
Are you online orders and pick them up for my family. I checked the bags and sometimes when I get home there still is stuff missing.
Today got a platter. It's the fiesta platter. It comes with a taco and a crispy burrito in three sides. I got one of the main course items and what looked like maybe two of the three sides.
This isn't the first time that this has happened nor will this be the last I assume. I find it frustrating that I have to check absolutely everything to confirm that everything is there. By the time I get home and my family starts eating it's inevitable somebody is always missing something.
Again the food is great. The quality of the food is always amazing. But generally it seems that there is somebody that is always messing up the special request of the order. Or major components of the order is missing.

I was on my way to work, so i didn't eat until i got there. Opened it up, and it was bean. ??♀️ if i wanted a vegetarian option, i would have ordered a salad. also, no Recept in the bag for any information or proof of purchase if needed. Googled phone# and sent me to what seemed to be cooperate offices. Left message. No call back. Called again two days later, left message. NO call back. It doesn't seem like there's an option to call the store directly. Honestly, i wouldn't be c/o one taco mistake, but it's literally been multiple times ... IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. sucks bc it's a lot "better" than what we got in the area for fast food.
