the chicken bahn mi and thai tea is really good, the boba tastes good as well. i like that you can adjust the sweetness for the tea. please add some sauces like siracha so i can add to my sandwich :)

It was my first time here with my son, and we both really enjoyed our drinks. I got the honeydew bubble tea w/mango jelly and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. My son got the cotton candy house blend, which was ok to me, but he really loved it. I don't feel like it tasted like cotton candy.I do wish they had the machine that seals the top of the drink, and you just punch your straw into it. The sealed versions make it easier to mix the drink up before drinking.I also got a bacon and cheese puffle, which was weird, but I still liked it.

They usually have great customer service, but I ordered a drink with jelly and, as an avid boba drinker, after a few sips could tell my jelly wasn’t in the drink. I asked them to add the jelly because there wasn’t any, and heard the guy saying “they said there’s no jelly” and whoever was in the back said “well I added it”, he came back out and was like “extra jelly, have a great day” as if I was lying and they did me a favor by adding more jelly. That left a bitter taste in my mouth, if you messed up the order it’s okay, but don’t make it seem like I lied.

I Love the Jasmine Boba milk tea, they need a wider range of sized cups. Right now they only have 20 & 24 oz. Cups, they really need 8, 16, 24 & 32 oz. Cups. They will add more Boba if asked. The Boba standard scoop, isn't enough per cup. Otherwise lovely full bodied flavor. I haven't tried any of the sandwiches yet, when I have more time I will eat in and order something different. They do have bursting boba, taro boba and tapioca boba. Points toward future purchases is a plus. I will be back!

This place is adorable!!! The woman that runs it is super sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. My ALL TIME FAVORITE is the birthday cake with tapioca boba, To DIE FOR! My little guy loves the cotton candy tea with popping boba, legit tastes like your drinking cotton candy! We go at least once a week, highly recommend!!?????
