My wife and I had a delightful lunch at Forum. We arrived just as they opened, we were the only customers at that time. Service was fantastic as one could expect.
I had the Ponderosa chicken sandwich which was really tasty. I chose the side salad instead of a fry option. The salad arrived on a dinner plate, it was huge! The salad mix was fresh, with tomato, olives, cucumber, cheese and one of the best ranch dressing I have had.
My wife had a taco salad which arrived on a platter and again a monster. The salad was fresh romaine lettuce, ground beef, salsa, black beans cheese and chips. She ate about a third and took home the rest.
We absolutely enjoyed the food, service and the Forum.

Great place for some good food, great service, and good atmosphere. The air conditioning was extra appreciated today!

If it wasn't for the staff this would have been a great review. Our food came out at a good time and was delicious all around. Love the big full salads. However shorty into our meal two wheelchair users tried entering the establishment. They couldn't open the door and we helped them out. It then took them sitting in the middle of the restaurant for at least three minutes for us to notice we where in the ONLY accessible seats and we moved to a different table, it took us literally moving chairs so they could reach the table for the server to come over and acknowledge them. This whole time they where visible to multiple different staff and no one was helpful. We then asked for a water refill for my sister who is clearly pregnant and waited 20 minutes until we went to the bar to ask again to which she handed the water over the water without any apologies or offer to bring it to the table. Then still didn't visit our table with all our plates empty for anouther 20 minutes. The place was not busy, roughly 3 tables where sat.

If you're in the mood for waiting 15 minutes to get a drink after ordering from a zoomer waitress that showed zero interest in getting you want you want then The Forum is your spot. I ordered a Manhattan on the rocks, but what I received was a tragicomic mystery beverage—possibly a “fruitinch” (fruit punch’s illegitimate cousin). When I asked for it to be fixed I was told it just had a lot of bitters in it. I decided to order a beer and they were able to manage that

The food was ok and I probably was a little hangry so this review has a +1 start benefit of the doubt.

I know my boyfriend's aunt loves this place so I wanted to check out this spot as she has great taste in food. We stopped by on Sunday as their happy hour looks great and this is one of very few places that serve a Jucy Lucy. I got the beef onion bisque while my boyfriend got the Jucy Lucy. The soup was super salty, I could barely eat it as it just felt like I was slurping salt. There was also barely any meat in there and just lots of onion. The bruschetta that came with it was nice. The Jucy Lucy was the star though and it was delicious. The fries that came with it as well as their fry sauce was absolutely amazing.

The service was okay. It seemed not too busy and it seemed like there was a table ahead of us in terms of receiving their food but it took some time. I did ask the waitress for some lemons for my water but she forgot and they checked on us twice. She did drop off a huge bottle of water when she noticed my boyfriend's glass was half empty.

The decor here felt like a modern-rustic feel and they had some great music playing. The lighting is an intimate dim where you can see everyone and where you are going. The bathrooms here was clean and organized.

I wouldn't mind coming back to try other items and drinks but was disappointed with my soup.

I'm giving them an overall 5 star, strictly due to them being really short staffed and busy! If they were staffed properly and I received the same service, I would have given an overall 3 star. It took nearly 10 minutes just to get water at the bar. We sat right in front of fridge where the glasses were stored. It also took nearly 40 minutes to receive our food. Our pretzel appetizer was the star of the meal. I ordered the fish and chips! It taste like it came from a Walmart frozen section. I was given 4 pieces, but I could barely stomach 1. Luckily, a water picture was left next to me and I was able to refill my water glass at my leisure. I'll try them again, hopefully with better results.

Took my mom there for lunch. The food was fabulous. I loved the patty melt and the French onion soup. They had a crazy good dipping sauce for the onion rings too. I mean, it was just dipping sauce, but here I am still thinking about it! Service was on point.

Stopped in for lunch. Waited a few minute to order off the happy hour menu. The description of the beef onion bisque sounded good, but it wasn’t very good and the presentation was really not good. The burger my husband got was good and the service was good. I love their tots. The bartender gave me extra sauces to try when I asked for some more. The soup was just really bad enough to bring the overall review down. Like it should get taken off the menu. I would have been upset if I had paid full price and not happy hour price for it. It was also very cold inside.

Came in and was pleasantly surprised! The bartender Angel was super creative with his drinks and the alcohol was infused and delicious. Happened to be Happy Hour. Had Mac cheese balls and the quesadilla. Both were excellent and only $10 each.

We have been in a few times and have always been happy. Good food, better than average service and a fun atmosphere. Great to go alone and sit at the bar or come as a small/medium sized group. Definitely a recommend for food and drink.

Great little place to grab a drink and hang out. I didn't try the food, but their holiday drink offering was fantastic. I'll definitely come back to try the food next time!

What do you know about this restaurant? It was my first time here, and I was so impressed. The atmosphere has a personal touch. I ate the cobb salad, and everything was fresh. The chicken, bacon, and other ingredients were high quality. When you go, ask about how the history was restored.
