A bit pricey but that's a sign of the times

Just walked in to order for the first time, stood at the counter about ten minutes without being acknowledged. One employee walked right past without a word as he was on his way to the lobby, two of the employees in back looked, but didn’t acknowledge. Walked out without ordering and will never walk back in.

No gluten free!!! I tried to order thru the app and directly by phone to the store. Calling sent you to a centralized hub that place is the orders. Please add in the app or in your calling to remove bread from your sandwich I will bump your score up to a five at that point.

This is the best Habit around! The folks are always sweet and the food is superb. Orders are fresh and quick and the price for the portions is more than reasonable! You will not be disappointed checking this place out!!

Went here for the first time, and the food was just awful... it all sounded great but please don't waste your money here....

I have low expectations for my food but this was a little much lol. Firstly the burger patty was tiny. Maybe half the size of the bun? The lettuce and tomatoes werent really fresh either which i suppose could just be bad luck. There was also wayyy too much seasoning on the burgers, it was too salty for me and ultimately had to toss it.

Next I ordered the tempura green beans. Out of everything i ordered this turned out the best but I would also never get it again. Like the burger patty, it was extremely salty, and it was really oily. I expected it to be salty and oily, but it was just on another level that made me feel sick, so that also, unfortunately went to the bin.

Last item, the tempura avocado... it was my bad for thinking deep fried hot avocado would be good lol, but if you like hot avocado, go for it, but just beware that it had the same problems with the green beans... salty and oily to the extreme! But it just tasted off likely due to a combination of being hot and most likely previously frozen, which I should have expected.

Anyways, my total was about $20 with tip. $6 or $7 for the burger with no cheese. It is 100% not worth it. I would genuinly chose a mcdonald's hamburger over this even if it were the same price. While I am certainly not one to complain about a salty meal, i found this whole meal to be extremely salty. It all just feels scammy to me.

Purchased a burger and fries from here for the first time today. Everything I ordered sounded really tasty, I ordered a burger with cheese and some fries with ranch. Got my order and after taking a bite, there was a very long silver colored hair in my burger…. I almost threw up after seeing it… did not want to eat the rest of it and I’m very upset about this experience… not a good first impression. Staff should have their hair in hair nets for this exact reason

Well I was having an absolutely wonderful Valentines day until I went to this location. The drive-thru worker is an absolutely worthless human being. We placed our order online before going to the location. This was our newest most favorite place that we chose to have our Valentine's dinner from. We both worked long hours and thought that we would grab a quick bite to eat since it was so late. The drive-thru worker did not complete our order. We did not get the items that we paid for nor did we get the items that we verbally requested while at the drive-thru and even though we watched them put something in the bag It was not what we requested or what we had paid for. And because the person was kind and seemed they were alert and understanding and wanted to be helpful and complete our order. We did not open the bag when it was handed to us to double-check that that person had done their job and completed our request. We simply happily drove off and went home. When we got home we noticed that the items that we had requested and paid for were not in the bag. The same items that we verbally requested at the window were not in the bag. That means that she lied and is incompetent. I wanted these items badly it half of the reason why I returned to this location And I was willing to drive back and pick it up myself but my husband being the man that he is volunteered to go back for me to make me happy. I'm not a hard person to make happy. My husband and I have not argued in over 3 years! Yet this evening on Valentine's Day we argued. I don't feel great about it. After my husband left I called the location and I'm guessing it was the same person who was in the drive-thru who had screwed up our order in the first place answered the phone They were kind and nice and even after I told them that my husband was on his way down there to pick up the missing items They failed to inform me that they were closing 30 plus minutes early. He was at the location within 3 minutes of me being on the phone with this person. And the doors were locked. My husband is too kind of a person to even knock on the doors to get their attention so I ended up calling them again. A different individual answered the phone. They were all so kind and helpful. However, I later found out that they both lack integrity and honesty because they were both listening in on the call. Like why would the first individual who was working in the drive-thru feel like they needed to listen to the call unless they were trying to figure out what they needed to lie about next? Rude! So the individual who answered the phone simply just hung up during the call and took my husband the missing items. Which my husband was cordially grateful for and verbally expressed his gratitude. So on Valentine's Day or special little quick bite to eat after a long hard day turned to hell. By the time he got home our food was cold and nasty. I couldn't even eat it and I was afraid that they had spit in the items that they had failed to give us with our original order. I don't understand how a company who has generally speaking some of the best food around can have some of the crappiest employees who have absolutely zero integrity and have no honesty in them. I am extremely disappointed. This WAS our new favorite spot. And our second time going to this location in a week. The first time was wonderful. The second time is extremely discouraging and despicable. And I doubt we will be back. The first time the food was wonderful. The service was wonderful. The second time the food was cold and nasty and incorrect on the order and the people were the worst. We aren't in high school. We shouldn't have to feel like we're walking on eggshells getting stabbed in the back and I shouldn't have to worry if somebody spit in my food! All of this drama could have been 100% avoided if there were competent employees who could complete simple tasks and requests.

I don't know who just made my food but I had to throw the burger away.
The lid must have came off of the salt shaker. And I'm not someone who's afraid of seasoning that this was far too much. That's all you could taste was salt.
Have to say I'm done with this place. The quality of the meat & the way it's seasoned, it's disgusting!
The french fries were not done.
I don't know what they're doing at this point!
I have been a constant supporter from the moment it opened and the quality is just gone dramatically downhill. While the price continues to go up.
