The Lazy Ballerina Wine Bar

Hannah is amazing! I sat at the bar solo for a quick drink and snack. She was so accommodating, funny and sweet. Always love this place & will absolutely return.

If you’re in the Puyallup or greater surrounding area and you enjoy wine or are looking for a fun date night or girl’s night, I couldn’t recommend The Lazy Ballerina enough! The space is so thoughtfully curated and their hospitable staff and food and wine selection are out of this world. I personally love a space where you can come as you are or dress up a little bit, and this place hits the mark! I also hosted my birthday party here in July and Kathy and her crew really take care of everything, all you have to do it show up and have a good time. We hosted about 25 people at our party and all of their food and drinks were delivered in a timely manner. All of our friends really enjoyed the venue, food, and service and couldn’t wait to come back. I couldn’t recommend this location more, pop in and give it a try. Located right on front street by the park and farmers market with additional parking in back.

Hannah was amazing! This was my first time here and she was so fun and knowledgeable about the selections. Super attentive and anticipated our needs. I can't wait to come back! Ambiance is incredible and the wine was great! We had bread with olive oil and chocolates to pair with our wine flights. Doesn't get better than this!

This little wine bar is so cute! Me and my friend came here during dinner and at first sat outside, but they were really busy & it was hot so we moved inside. This is such a cute place, the food is amazing & the concept is great. You get a card from the bar & then go choose the wine you want. You can smoke them, but you do have a limit so choose wisely.

I attended a paint and sip hosted by a local artist Chelsea Belle Arts. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend the lazy ballerina. Very cozy and relaxing. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Hidden gem located in downtown Puyallup. Such cosy vibe and great staff that offers wonderful selection of wine. Space is a bit smaller than I expected, but loved my experience!!

Beautiful little place, right in the heart of Puyallup

I drove the full hour to celebrate a friends birthday here and it was the sweetest space to have a catch up experience! It was definitely worth the drive for the right company - the staff were friendly, knowledgable, and genuine. I ordered the brie and apple bruschetta, pesto sammy, and a french 75. What a lovely experience! I highly recommend.

Holy cow! This place is BEAUTIFUL. I cannot stress enough how gorgeous and comfortable the atmosphere is. The food was out of this world, and the service was spectacular. My favorite part was being able and purchase wine from the draft, such a cool concept. Instead of waiting in line I was able to grab a glass when I needed. They even had liquor for my non-wine drinking friends in our group, and beer for my husband. We will definitely be back.

Love the ambiance & service is phenomenal! Went here on a couple occasions and every time it’s been amazing! They have plenty of wine options, and if you need help the staff is fun and quick to provide their recommendations! Super fun, they have a tasting bar - where the wine is on tap and you get a preloaded card and run the card for samples and you check out and only pay for what you pour to consume. It looks like a small place but there’s ample seating and when the weather is nice they offer outdoor patio seating.

Food is delicious! We got a few appetizers for the table and they were all good! Recommend the focaccia bread & the Mediterranean trio! And their salads are alllll so yummy! Got the spinach pear salad and it was sooo dreamy!

Bonus: They do offer a short list of seasonal cocktails and they do have beer and nonalcohol options!

Parking: There’s a parking lot behind; street parking, parking across the street! Plenty to choose from!
