The staff here are just delightful. Every time I'm there I feel welcome and lighter- like I can really just enjoy my time and tea. Tea is so great. There's some great food too.
This tea house is so cute! The food was fantastic, and the service was above and beyond. My friend and I got the royal tea and the countess luncheon, and both were amazing! They were so filling that we both took food home with us! We will definitely come back again!
My wife and I have been in before and have always had amazing service. Today however we went in to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary with afternoon tea and Lex went above and beyond. From the phone call to make a reservation all the way through the entire service she gave us nothing less than the best service we have had. The whole visit was made to feel extra special and they even included candles for us to blow out to celebrate.
You can really feel the care that the team puts into the experience here. From friendly service to amazing food and beautiful atmosphere. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this visit has been. Looking forward to coming back soon!
Fun and girly shop, my daughter and I loved it. We plan to go back on a day they are serving tea.
Great Tea Room! Love the owner great lady. My sister and I meet up here and we think it is a great place to meet have cute little yummy sandwhiches, desserts and more. Great ladies.
I came here for the first time today with my 6 year old and her bestie, a Saturday around noon, with no reservation. Jill greeted us at the door and was able to procure us a table during their peak time- which as a lifelong restaurant industry worker, I fully understand that’s not always easy or doable. The service was excellent, the shop is absolutely adorable and my tiny ladies had an absolute blast feeling very fancy with their cupcakes and crustless sandwiches. My curried chicken salad croissant was yum and the tea (Versailles lavender earl grey) was so good I can still taste it 9 hours later. I can’t wait to go back, and particularly look forward to planning ahead so I can get real fancy with the royal tea.
My daughter and I just had Afternoon Tea at The Pink Chandelier!! Surprisingly I had NEVER been in there before 😱 (shame on me, I've lived in Puyallup 20+ years). The boutique is stunning! Every inch tastefully has something sparkly and wonderful to see, to which my daughter had to stop and admire. "Oh mommy, look at this!" "Oh mommy, this is beautiful!!" Lunch and the tea service was EXCELLENT too! She had hot chocolate in a tea pot that she could pour into her tea cup. They made sure her sandwich and pastries were gluten free and my soup and chicken salad croissant sandwich was the 🩷 BEST 🩷 I have had since I can remember. We will become frequent attendees going forward!
The place and atmosphere was spectacular for christmas tea. The food was so so giving the amount of money we paid. I was expecting more sophisticated sandwiches and desserts. The afternoon tea was composed of a 6 course (tea, soup, scoop with jam and cream, 2 tiny sandwiches and some tiny desserts). Everything was tiny including the soup plate and ice cream scoop. The food taste good except the sour sandwiches. I didn’t like them. I personally think there are other high tea with nicer sandwiches and cheaper prices. So i am a bit disappointed.
In addition, they added 20% tips with no option for me to change that. I didn’t like it. I think customers should pick how much gratitude to pay. And inwas not informed of that in advance.

We couldn't complete the whole experience. We went for afternoon tea, and after waiting ninety minutes for a tea tray, we left the establishment. The food we did get was good, but because the service was so bad we won't be back.

I had wanted to try afternoon tea for awhile and so for my birthday we went 😀
So many good things. We made a reservation and did the duchess tea service.
The tea selection was huge and I had a hard time deciding because there were so many good choices. I got the English pudding one I think it was called, a black tea with fruity chocolatey notes.
The food was so good. They start you with a cup of soup, today was potato chowder YUM.
Then we got fresh baked scones with options to put a raspberry jam, an apple butter and their version of Devonshire cream. The scones were hot and fresh and perfect. I have never had the cream before but now I cant wait to try other types.
After the scones we had 3 savory mini sandwiches. My 1st cucumber one ever, a ham fig and goat cheese, and then orchard chicken salad. All of them were delicious
There was fresh fruit and the last piece the sweet treats, there was a cookie and a pumpkin cream cake. I wasn't a fan of the cookie but thats my personal preference. The cake though was very good, soft with the right amount of flavor.
The server was so sweet and attentive and explained all the dishes and the process.
The only thing that I wished was different was a slightly bigger table.
I will for sure be doing this again soon as the whole experience was delightful.
Parking: There's a city parkings, the park and ride and lots of street parking. Easy walking distance.

My friends and I went to The Pink Chandelier to celebrate Sept and Oct birthdays. The food was plentiful and tasty. The service was friendly, and we enjoyed ourselves in the relaxed atmosphere. We plan on returning in December! It's worth the drive from Bellevue and Redmond!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options were provided, and were also very tasty.

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a special occasion. The people worked with me to provide a wonderful experience for my girl. They allowed us to play our own music and dance. They explained how the royal tea worked. They ladies were wonderful. They treated us like royalty. I want to do this again.
