We have ordered takeout out many times from the Puyallup location and have always had a great experience. Today I placed an order over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up, they noticed it wasn’t quite right. They immediately fired off a new pizza with a very short wait time. I truly appreciate the attention to detail, the phenomenal customer service, and the delicious pizza! Lucas went above and beyond for us and I really appreciate it. You will have a customer for life and we will let everyone know how awesome the Puyallup location is!

This Review is for Hannah. She is the kindest soul. Last night, I ordered a cheese pizza on door dash. When the order got here, the pizza was super undercooked and doughy. Also, half of the pizza was missing cheese and sauce. DD denied any compensation. So today, I called and ordered through DD again, but I explained what happened last night and asked if they could please make sure the cheese pizza had cheese on it this time and to be cooked all way. I spoke to Hannah and she was so apologetic and really was embarrassed for a mistake she didn’t even make. She assured me that she will make sure my order is correct and she took down all my info do that she could give her manager all the information. Hannah didnt have to go above and beyond but she did. Thank you for your Kindness.
GIVE HER A RASIE PLEASE. if you are doing take out or dining it, please tip Hannah. if her hostpitality is like that over the phone, I know she must be the best server in person. customer service by her is top tier

Order a chicken sandwich, took an hour to get the sandwich.. I got it crispy's so fried the chef did not know how to fry things the oil was clearly way too hot that the outside of the chicken was overcooked and the inside was raw pink. Fries were so salty I literally had to wipe them off I finished the fries and left didn't bother telling them about the chicken or sending it back because I don't trust that the cook actually knows how to cook.. please do not leave a comment telling me to contact you guys so you can fix things. I don't want any food from that place, serving raw food should have never happened, especially after waiting an hour for it.. do not recommend for anyone

I got my food to go and had order 2 personal pizzas and some mozzarella sticks. to be fair I understand mozzarella sticks aren’t as good as when you have them in the restaurant but this was honestly just so disappointing to have literally very little to no cheese at all in some of the mozzarella sticks and some of them coming smashed that did have cheese. The pizza on the other hand wasn’t bad at all it was quite good so definitely recommend that but if I had gotten the mozzarella sticks while dinning in I 100% would’ve just sent them back and not even ask for another batch.
The photos are of some of them not all of them there were only 2 actually decent ones out of the batch.

The past two times visits to this location they’ve struggled to find the appropriate ratio of sauce to cheese. Cheese slip will occur here. It’s unfortunate my experience the past two times was lack luster. I used to come here quite often and looked forward to my most recent visits, but now I’m left with the feeling of having been better off.
As for their mixed drinks… second to none.
Lastly, waitress assistance could improve, I’ve noticed a trend of people waiting exuberantly long to receive their checks.
Overall, I’d say this place is worth the visit, I’ll give the place grace and say my most recent visits have been “off days”.
