Awesome beer! Great people! I am from out of town and found this place yesterday. They made me feel like a regular before my first sip. And only one IPA! Creative and complex beers. Can’t say enough.

Bill and Steve are great! The beer is always as good as the company. We have a good time playing darts, hammerschlagen or seeing whatever interesting movie Bill has on TV. I would highly recommend.

Austin was personable and fantastic during our visit this morning... clear and honest, probably one of the best experiences we've had car shopping. Dom was awesome wrapping up the deal for us. Highly recommend these guys!

Felt like I was in a friend's garage and I loved it! Very unique and unlike most generic breweries nowadays. No one was on their phone or laptop...people were actually taking to one another here. ?

This place is a hidden gem. I am very delayed in writing this and only hope they are still operating. The owner was considering hanging it up at one point. This is a unique place that allows you to come in and brew your own beer. He teaches you the whole process, guides you through it and you walk away with your handiwork a few weeks later. I saw folks come in to brew a keg's worth for their wedding and others come in to just try their hand at making their own concoctions. I enjoy just stopping in for one of his recently brewed pints and chatting. He always has 6-8 beers available by the pint and some are bottled to take home. Really casual place with a fantastic owner. Go support his business - you will be glad you did and may end up brewing some of your own!

Best beer in town, if I do say so myself. The lady bartender is also extremely good looking, charming, and funny. B)

I was waiting for the train and along with the need to use the restroom I was thirsty, so I ventured in to The Station and U-Brew really not knowing what to expect. Outside the door I lowered my expectations and expected my dad's bar from 1975 but since I didn't see a line of Hell's Angels bikes outside I felt reasonably safe. Also, I was not hopeful that this place would have a decent bathroom. As soon as I was inside I was warmed by some great country music and the smells and sensations of a prime brewing business. The chalkboard brink menus let me know these guys are always working on their craft and creativity and I was not disappointed. I tried the Crossbuck Dunkle. I just liked the name... I stopped the brewmaster from getting me a large free sample and just tried a 1/4 of the sample glass. I was immediately smitten by the flavor of a slightly sweet and deeply complex dark beer that I will never forget. It made me feel like I was eating a fantastic nutty-healthy cookie. The brewmaster was regaling me with information and words, and I had to stop him in mid sentence and just experience this beer. If it was a beer. I momentarily forgot my fear of missing my train and settled in to this experience. I set a timer on my phone. Look go here. Bring your friends here to taste great beer. If they bring on a woman with the gift of hospitality to bring in just a touch of ambience this place will blow up. Maybe it already has. I when I am back in the area I will be back with friends and family.

What to say about this spot...so many things! The owner, Steve, is passionate about brewing and a complete encyclopedia of brewing knowledge. If you're wanting to brew your own beer, this is most definitely the spot! Take it from me, don't waste your money on home brew equipment, just go here. Full stop. But here's the bonus, this might not be the most fashionable drinking hole in Puyallup, but it's possible it's the most interesting. Constantly rotating cohort of beers that can attract all beer drinkers. Indoor and outdoor seating. While not in line with the style (and price point) of expensive hipster breweries, it's refreshing to have a neighborhood place that's just simply into the craft. No frills. Enjoy it!

I got my husband a gift certificate for Christmas to brew his own beer. I want to share our experience with everyone because I feel like I discovered a secret gem that not a lot of people know about! What you do is pick which kind of beer you'd like to make, (the owner, Steve, has a recipe book or you can think up your own crazy flavor) and Steve walks you through an incredible hands on experience as you add all the ingredients to make your ten gallon batch. You can enjoy whatever beer he has on tap that week while you make your own. All his beers on tap are made by him and he has very creative rotations. He encourages you to smell/taste each ingredient as well as suggesting the measurement of each one. Your beer brews for a couple weeks, then you come back and bottle it yourself with his guidance. This place is very small and technically a brewery, so children are allowed. We brought the kids to the bottling and pick up and Steve showed such great hospitality in keeping them fed with fresh popped popcorn, giving them each a souvenir and things to play with. When we were all done, he even sent me home with a free bottle of lemon shandy beer he had experimented with for "being the best wife ever." He is extremely reasonably priced and packages range from only purchasing 5 gallons of your ten gallon batch, to buying the entire ten, plus bottling. You can also just purchase the 5, taste it when it's done and if you like it you can buy the other 5 at that time. Father's day is coming (and so is mother's day) and if you need a gift idea for any occasion, just sayin.... this was neat.
