Horrible customer service. Wait time is ridiculous. Management is the worst I’ve seen at any restaurant ever. I like their food but how they handle customers is a joke. I will not be spending my money there anymore. There’s plenty of better restaurants that I’ll be going to instead. The kind that actually value their customers. Bye
So the food is good...when it's made correctly. Their solution to THEM being wrong is subpar. I won't be going back. I'll stick to places that make it right when they make a mistake. The day it happened we din't have time to wait for a new one to be remade and told we don't give cash refunds (because we paid cash). So we took the incorrect pizza. Good food but overpriced. The service we received was terribly slow. 30 minutes for 2 beers then an hour and a half to get our pizzas. Not sure we will be going back due to the prices and terribly slow service. 😢
