Service is terrible guy behind counter was rude.
Love trackside Pizza, all the food is made with such fresh ingredients. Also The staff are super friendly. The downside might be that they are a little bit expensive, not too bad though, not like unreasonably expensive. It's pretty cool to be sitting there and have one of the trains come flying by it shakes the whole building it's really really cool, I had watched the newest final destination right before coming here and I was not ready to see a train come flying by at full speed. So definitely come here, don't watch final destination bloodlines before doing so.

Loved the pizza! Better yet, the hostest/waitress was totally awesome! (June 14th), wish I knew her name, she deserves a greater tip! Will be back!

The taste of the food, as always was clean, fresh, and delicious.
The environment is fun and energetic, capturing nostalgic history and signage for most of the decor.
The service is friendly and responsive.
HOWEVER, I felt a tinge sad at this latest visit.
The salad plate is decidedly smaller. The veggies are now shaved instead a thick sliced. If that were all, I would not mention on a public post. Then the pizza arrived. Yes, delicious, but also tiny. Ingredients have downsized including thickness of crust and circumference of pie itself.
Perhaps a better business strategy would be to inform customers the luncheon price on the menu now purchases a 25% less lunch than a few months ago.
It's understandable price of staying in business has increased, but communication with faithful customers is free.
I feel I'm witnessing the close of an era, the Trackside Era of Family Events.
Fresh tasting pizza can be purchased at competitors. If the attributes that made Trackside the go-to place are being slimmed down and shaved away, Trackside just pushed what made them special right off the table. It's sad. This icon is slipping into the status blur of 'every other pizza joint.'
Why do I call this the end of an era?
While eating, I overheard a new hire being trained. He was told the owner wants everything much thinner, so cut it really thin.
It suddenly made the food particle stuck adhering my knife to the napkin (brought to me this way) take on a new meaning.
What other quality standards is Trackside trimming back on?
Owners, please understand your customers have invited you into their friendships and family moments. But if you slcrase to be the iconic Trackside we all love, then much more is lost. You'll never know how many non repeat visits impact your bottom line because other restaurants are picking up those profits.
On this visit, it was a single purchase, but it represented a drop in the thousands previously invested, and planned thousands more.
Again, food tasted great, service polite, and environment consistent ... but the soul, that special something, its slipping away. Please consider the hundreds of reviews that are not left because they decided it just worth their time. That is lost revenue and your bottom line cannot detect that.
Pizza, beer, TV...it's what everyone needs.

We decided to try this place while we were traveling from out of town.
We walked in at 9:00, they close at 10:00
The guy behind the counter was swearing loudly behind the counter and at the poor server girl who was incredibly sweet to us.
We paid for our drinks and the appetizer we had ordered and left.
I totally understand wanting to be done for the day, but this guys behavior was insane.

This place is one of my favorite food spots in Puyallup. It is a small hole in the wall, that you could miss without even blinking. Don't let the parking outside fool you, this place is usually quiet and empty which is crazy because it's truly a hidden gem. The pricing is a little steep but the staff are always friendly, the food is always freshly made, and it's always a great choice. Try the Chihuahua pizza!!

Horrible customer service. Wait time is ridiculous. Management is the worst I’ve seen at any restaurant ever. I like their food but how they handle customers is a joke. I will not be spending my money there anymore. There’s plenty of better restaurants that I’ll be going to instead. The kind that actually value their customers. Bye
So the food is good...when it's made correctly. Their solution to THEM being wrong is subpar. I won't be going back. I'll stick to places that make it right when they make a mistake. The day it happened we din't have time to wait for a new one to be remade and told we don't give cash refunds (because we paid cash). So we took the incorrect pizza. Told that they will credit the account only to find out crediting the account didn't mean replacing the order correctly but to only give a $5 credit. Pretty much equals a 16% coupon. We call back the next day to talk to a manger about the situation and the manager says "We don't give out free pizzas. We've already made our decision." Well as a customer I pay for what ! order and that's NOT what I ordered. No thanks. I'll stick to places that have MUCH BETTER customer service. Places like this don't deserve customers keeping them in business. I've referred them to plenty of people that now I'm going to tell them all about how it's ran and to not return. And seems how Crocketts next door is the same owners, I won't be returning there either.
You get what you pay for and here you get some good damn pizza! Don't miss their happy hour for extra food at half off!

The Greek Sakad was fresh and cold. Chicken wings were tender but not crispy and for us not our cup of tea. Out pizza was good but what was 5 stars was our server she was amazing! We will go back just because of her.

I came here with 45 minutes before the theatre. Ordered 1 pizza and 1 soda. Paid $40. Pizza never came. I had to leave without food because they couldn’t manage to prepare one pizza in 45 minutes.
I followed up. I asked them if it is cooking. They were certainly working hard, but no food for you, and I ended up paying $40 for a small Dr. Pepper.
Happy Friday night…
