Food okay. But customer service so bad and rude.

Loud music, busy. Two stars for no signage on credit card fees except in very very tiny writing on back of menus which I did not see until shown by the manager. Not one roll that has all sushi as every roll has cooked fish. Bad experience over all. Won’t be back.

Always a good choice for Sushi food is good and service is great.

Take out was horrible. The food tasted well, but it was placed in a large box suited for burger and fries? So the food was messy.

Stay away from busy rush hour. If people HAVE to be sat at the bar then it's not the best time for the best experience. Do not take this post on the quality of the sushi. It's good if you're a good customer. Give grace and get what you pay for(sometimes more ) . The waitress/waiters are always kind and attentive. The best time to go is lunchtime around 1/2 pm on the weekdays.

The sushi is untraditional and good! There is inconsistency with the size of the long rolls depending on who makes it.

great prices and amazing sushi chefs!!! If you go during happy hour, you can get almost any 3 rolls for $30 with the exception of a few. All you can eat is also well worth it if you plan to eat more than 2 rolls. We come here for our dates with my wife and are never disappointed with service and quality of sushi!!! Don't forget to sign up for their rewards!!! Points add up quick with sushi dollars spent lol

Worst service ever! Tried to use our app for free dessert. Even said we were going to get the free dessert from our app ... then the waitress said that was for online ordering only. It didn't say that and her response was, I don't know, I just work here...pretty pathetic. We normally love this place but I'm not sure I'll be back. Second time this short waitress has given us terrible service.

CAUTION: MOLDY FOOD.....
I can't believe I paid $30 PLUS TIP FOR THIS! THIS took extra time to prepare?
I ordered at 6:02pm , was told 20mins. My order was not ready when i got there. Not a problem. It's "Trappers", they're always busy. After waiting and watching everyone pick up their order and go,the nice lady says she's "going to talk to the manager because your order shouldn't be taking this long". Then another nice worker, finally was able to retrieve my food from the kitchen at 6:38pm.
I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. The manager should have offered a discount or at LEAST MY DRINK ON THE HOUSE FOR the wait. I felt pressured to tip in all my disappointment.

The wait staff was pleasant the WAIT was not. $30 PLUS on this. I won't be back any time soon. Maybe the cooks were tired or someone forgot to soon it idk but I'm highly disappointed and I don't even really have the same craving for it anymore. Ruined....

Update: To add insult to injury my Wasabi and ginger pack was molded when I attempted to eat " The Samantha" ??.
I'm going to tell EVERYONE I KNOW DO NOT EAT @ Trappers!
Sliced ginger should be refrigerated. Reporting to the health dept ASAP!

The food was expensive but I enjoyed it. Not a fan of sushi, am now. The staff was great and worth the electronic and cash tips. 400 for a party of 10 made my card wounded but we are all happy and the food was delicious so win win in my book. Will visit again just with less mouths next time. 10 out of 10

Great place for our family night dinners. Especially love how long happy hour is.

Kid-friendliness: They always make special orders for my 4 year old and he thinks rainbow rolls are California rolls and the staff always remembers to call them by what he thinks they are
