Food used to be hot. Now it is always cold, not warm, cold! Nuggets and fries are nasty cold. Who wants limp, greasy, cold fries? There is no way it would pass food handling regulations if there was a surprise visit.

Every time we visit they tend to forget an item or get something wrong and I’ve let it go because it happens and I get it, it gets busy. But this time I decided to call to get a refund because they forgot my order quite to many times now and the lady that answered was giving off an attitude and unprofessional and said I needed to go in person to see the receipt but she pulled up the order/receipt on the computer and read it back to me. I don’t understand why she didn’t just give me a return on a meal they forgot. And if they needed to see the receipt, she could’ve presented it in a more professional manner than being rude.

Bru the guy with an attitude needs help at front counter I ordered a wrap and 3 chicken tenders to go whole staff was working on drive through instead of people inside waited 35 minutes bring back old crew please;)

Hey could you do a customer a favor and open your doors to the lobby for your posted hours. I have been to this location three separate times and the doors are never open. And the employees look at me like I’m the dumb one for trying to eat inside.

We never go to Wendy's, but for Halloween the youngest received Wendy's coupons for free kids meals, etc. that are good for the rest of the year. So, we tried them out over the weekend.
I'm surprised there are so many poor reviews. We ordered quite a bit on the app & not only did we get all our items, but it was nicely packed & the gal was very kind & had good customer service.
The chili cheese fries were nicely chilied & cheesed. I prefer chili with no beans, but if you like beans it's a decent chili. I like that there's an option for a small burger with all the fixings (jr deluxe cheeseburger) No food was cold.

They've really gone downhill in the four years since we moved here. There's problems with order accuracy every time we visit, the burgers are cold (like sub-room temperature COLD), the patties are like a millimeter thick, and somehow the chicken nuggets are stale? I didn't know chicken nuggets could even GET stale. Between all this and the rising prices it's just not worth it.

Depends on the day and team that are working. Somedays the line is insanely long and your frosty will be more like a chocolate milk, other days everything is perfectly fine. The above is true even if you're using the app to place your order.
