Had to repeat my order multiple times, ordered four different items with no special requests, was not given a receipt and was given the wrong order. Took time to get anyone's attention, when I did the person at the window closed it quickly. An older guy came to the window, started messing with a computer screen, never acknowledged me. Ended up leaving b.c it was just too ridiculous. Tea is pre-made and gross. Food while not what was ordered was eaten by the family and okay.

It was 9:20 and the dine in area was closed but there were employees eating in the dining area. We knocked and they acted like they didn’t see us and ignored us. Terrible.

Actually disappointed. Haven't been to Wendy's in a while. I wanted to try the new Krabby patty meal. The wait seemed longer than it should have been, in my opinion (I also work in the food industry). Once we got up to the window, got our food and drove home, we realized we had the wrong food. The fries were good tho.
