Terrible service, cold food. We were the only ones in the dinning room. Quite a few of workers.( I counted 10 ) They focused on the drive thru and Uber drivers. The time was 6:57 pm when we finally ordered our food. (We stood there for 9 mins before she took our order). No greeting, no sorry for the wait ! Then it took another 22 mins for our simple food order ! The fries, nuggets were on a tray, 15 mins later they put our cold burgers on the tray. We chose Wendy's because we were tried just wanted something hot and quick. We were hiking around Mt. Rainier most of the day. Will not be going back again!

I just went there tonight. And it was rough. I stood online behind another guy who had been waiting for 40 minutes just to order. The staff didn't even acknowledge anyone. They had about 20 people walk in and out. When I asked, if they were going to help anyone, they said they had to do the door dash orders first. They worked on atheist 3 orders that I saw and none of the door dash pickup people were even there. Then I asked again 20 minutes in, one guy said I'm on break and the other person said I'm sorry, and then kept doing the door dash orders. I ended up driving to another Wendy's.

This restaurant is closed to orders at the drive thru past 12:50AM. Kinda annoying to list yourself open till 2AM if I can only get food by ordering on doordash or Uber eats. When I go here during the day the food is pretty good compared to others in the area so I was excited to see that they were open till 2AM, except not really.

Despite being short-staffed and busy, the employees were super friendly and helpful. I’ve noticed that especially at night, the store is short-staffed quite a bit, but the employees are always professional and kind, and never mess up my order!

I asked about the swirl frosties the girl said vanilla ice-cream with chocolate swirled in with chocolate on top all they did was put over half way with vanilla then topped with chocolate guess your supposed to swirl it your self

"Alison" was taking my order. I ordered a single combo and two Junior bacon cheeseburgers. She put in the two Junior bacon cheeseburgers at $2.89 each. They are on the two for $4 menu. I asked her about it. She said "You Don't want the single?" I said I wanted the single and the two Junior bacon cheeseburgers. I told her the two Juniors should have been $4 not $2.89 each. She snapped "I SEE that!" I said "Well, you didn't until I said something." She glared at me, and said "With that attitude, in the future you can go somewhere else." I said I certainly would. She said "In fact, I'm not taking your order now. You can leave." I said I would, and would report her. She said" Go ahead." She acts like she does not tolerate being questioned, at all. She is not helping Wendy's business.

Went to this Wendy’s today May 1st, 2025 on a Thursday night at 10 PM to order a few frozen treats and cookies.

And let me tell you, what type of fast food restaurant TURNS OFF ALL THEIR LIGHTS before they close? Trying to seem as if they’re closed so cars wouldn’t drive up to the drive-thru and when people do drive up they want to give attitude the whole time! LIKE HELLO NO ONE TOLD YOU TO WORK THERE! Not only were the rude, but every time we tried to order something the girl kept saying “we don’t have that” to basically everything on the menu! Aside from drinks and a frosty.

Horrible customer service, and employees trying to turn off the lights to the drive-thru and restaurant to pretend that the establishment is closed HOURS before it actually closes.

WENDYS NEEDS TO FIRE Y’ALL FR.

Just like the McDonald’s across the street, this Wendy’s needs major CHANGES. The food is almost always cold and mishandled. Do not recommend.
