the quality of this place has gone to crap and the prices are way to high. wings are way over cooked and dry. then they dont even put much seasoning or sauce on the wings. 70$ for horrible food. no more business from me ever again.

I ordered from Wingstop directly from their website for a delivery and my order never came i called them multiple times and they said they can’t do anything I said all I want is a re delivery no refund and they refused to re delivery the order the picture i am sharing is from the third party DoorDash which clearly shows my Amazon package not a 20pc and fries and corn combo

If I could give this place a 0 I would. First off, I ordered two 20-piece meal deals (well done) 👏, an OG Chicken Sandwich with pickles, and a 5-piece well-done classic (all drums). The chicken came out cold, my classic was undercooked, and my sandwich was plain.
When I called, I was offered a replacement order — however, due to other obligations, I couldn’t return for that option. Then, they offered me in-store credit but later declined it because they “couldn’t find my order.”
To make things worse, the corn was rotten — more than half of the pieces were bad. I know what that looks like because I used to work at Wingstop, so I’m very familiar with how things should be handled.
This experience was completely unacceptable. I will be contacting the District Manager and reporting this to the Health Department. Management also needs to address the unprofessional attitude displayed by staff during this situation.

Ordered wing stop thru uber eats…wing stop forgot my ranch. Literally NO RANCH! None! Zero! Who eats wing stop with no ranch?!?! NO ONE! Forgetting the ranch should be illegal!

Your action about the price in the menu, the manager Spanish lady got all in my face very rude telling me if I don’t like it I can order online. I’m standing in the store. It’s gonna be 18 minutes real rude. Do not recommend this restaurant. I would love for the owner to call me back to discuss this situation it’s terrible

My food was fine, but when i walked in there the music was so incredibly loud. on top of that, 2 girls behind the counter were making it louder and changing the songs non-stop and being loud themselves. I couldnt hear a word the girl at the cash register was saying to me. I tried paying with cash and I was told they don’t take cash which I feel like should be advertised on the building. cleanliness was minimal, the tables had trash on and around them. Just not the best impression while trying to get food from the establishment.
Did take out. Ordered and went to resturant and it was already ready gor pick up. A couple of the wings seemed to have no meat on them though.

Ugh so we placed 2 orders first one was easy same with the second. The second order comes out first after 5 minutes and the fries are good but no seasoning at all so very bland. Then the first order after 20-25 minutes finally comes out they mess up on the fries again with no seasoning. Mind you we asked for seasoned fries. Very very bland…

Placed my online order at 7:28, came in to grab it at 8:17… it was handed out to the wrong person and had to wait for a remake, understandable things happen but 3 people came in and ordered and were given their order before me. I was literally the last person to leave in there and didn’t leave until 8:45! how was my order ready at 7:48 at the latest and i didn’t get mine until an hour later. On top of that you got people flirting behind the counter instead of focused on orders. if an order is being remade it should be the first one out not the last. super disappointing

I’ve eaten here a few times, but yesterday my dad and me went to eat there and now today we both have food poisoning, my tenders looked fine but my dad's wings tasted burnt. Not really sure what happened but I won't be eating there for a while

If I could give them zero starts I would I saw the employees a girl and a older man looked like her manager where grabing up on each other very disturbing there food all badly cooked and I love wing stop and this is the only one I’ve had a problem with
