I’ve eaten here a few times, but yesterday my dad and me went to eat there and now today we both have food poisoning, my tenders looked fine but my dad's wings tasted burnt. Not really sure what happened but I won't be eating there for a while

If I could give them zero starts I would I saw the employees a girl and a older man looked like her manager where grabing up on each other very disturbing there food all badly cooked and I love wing stop and this is the only one I’ve had a problem with

I ordered plain wings. The 1st wing on top was FULL OF FEATHERS. Not even a few. My kids immediately declined to eat. Almost $50.00 down the drain. It had to be a joke. NEVER AGAIN. I only gave the food a star because the ranch was good and carrots were fresh. :-/
The meal deal totally messed it up and charged me more than advertised price and it came with no freis then had to pay for the fries and ended up costing me 8 dollars more than the deal. Didn't understand what I was saying had to show the deal online and was told it was a miss comminication

These wings are bad. Maybe even worse then buffalo wild wings. Dry, way over cooked and almost no sauce.
The phone service while ordering couldve been more punctual. Other than that good wings no issue !

Food is delicious but they never make it right something is ALWAYS wrong or missing and I can't do it anymore it's been like 6 times in a row now I have to sit here almost extremely disappointed I'm actually crying out of sadness while writing this because im so tired I'm paying so much money and always waiting long amounts of time just for it to be wrong when it's time for me to enjoy what I payed for with my hard earned money and then when I ask for a refund I get 10$ out of the 40$ i payed hoping for a change because everyone is starting to notice this about this location.
