Food is delicious but they never make it right something is ALWAYS wrong or missing and I can't do it anymore it's been like 6 times in a row now I have to sit here almost extremely disappointed I'm actually crying out of sadness while writing this because im so tired I'm paying so much money and always waiting long amounts of time just for it to be wrong when it's time for me to enjoy what I payed for with my hard earned money and then when I ask for a refund I get 10$ out of the 40$ i payed hoping for a change because everyone is starting to notice this about this location.

The customer service is unmatched. We missed a bag with majority of our order that got left at the restaurant. The staff offered to remake everything fresh for us. Another time, a DoorDash driver stole our food and they remade everything. Each time at no extra cost. The customer service for making things right will keep me coming back alone. I appreciate everyone. I’ve never had a negative experience with this WingStop.
My sister picked up 30 wings for us from here and so many were covered in feathers. Completely lost my appetite. Seriously do not know how so many feathers could go unnoticed. They were extremely noticeable even covered in sauce! Employees really must hate working here because they don’t care to look at the food they send their customers. Will not eat here again.

Do not eat here they served me completely raw chicken it wasn’t under cooked it was completely raw as you can see from the pictures I called twice and everyone that works here is very unprofessional and very rude I spoke to the manager and he was just as unprofessional and childish as the rest of the staff I couldn’t even talk they keep talking over me and they have very bad attitudes I’ve been very very sick since I’ve ate there food I have food poisoning and I’m just warning other people because what they gave me and the way they handled the situation was very very poor the manager had the nerve to tell me if other people complained about the same issue he would care but since there’s only 1 complaint about an issue like this it’s not a big deal??? EXCUSE ME I’m leaving this review looking out for everyone out there DO NOT EAT HERE THEY LITERALLY POISONED ME AND THERE MAD ABOUT IT???? Mangers name was José supposedly that’s the name he gave me but they act so childish I spoke to 2 different people and the first one was pretending to be the manager as well so🤷🏻♀️
