So last week I got wingstop and everything was good this week.I ordered wingstop and I'd say 90% of my chicken tenders that I got that were supposed to be seasoned.We're barely seasoned if any seasoning at all was like ordering plain chicken tenders

The atrocities that I have witnessed secondhand through the bullying of an employee is completely unacceptable. The employee was locked in the building alone with the batteries removed from the keypad, so the employee was unable to leave the premises. When taken to management, the incident was brushed off as a “prank.” I find this behavior completely unacceptable, and i believe that upper management/ corporate should be involved since management clearly does not take this situation seriously.

Manager Ashly is down right disrespectful. After getting my order completely wrong and having to explain that my order was incorrect because the team member who took it was in a rush and misheard me several times, I came back to the restaurant after speaking to the manager for the first time on the phone and being talked over. Upon walking in there were several team members huddled up and on their phones and the manager Ashly was very curt and still cutting me off. I asked for a complete refund, the manager was disrespectful still and even told me to stop acting uneducated. I demanded a full refund at that point and would not recommend anyone to go the restaurant ran by kids that don’t even have customer service hospitality skills. Why do we have people in management that don’t even have customer service experience can’t set a foundation for the team? Zero if I could.

We ordered takeout from here for the first time. We tried the spicy Korean and garlic Parm rub and fries. It was about a 15 minute wait, but for fresh food, I will never complain. The wings were the best I have had in Puyallup and I liked both the flavors. Excited to try more.

Ordered on postmates and the quality was horrible. It gives me an option for extra cook time but the food was not given extra cook time. I’ve been ordering from wingstop for years and this is by far the worst. Soggy fries when I asked for extra cook time. Cold, soggy, tiny wings with no flavor, when I asked for extra cook time. Lazy to be honest. I don’t know if we got that bottom of the barrel wings but they were not good. We didn’t end up finishing any of the food it was that bad. Should’ve trusted the 3.5 rating.

The place is very disgusting. They gave me someone trash as my order. I order online a boneless chicken combo. When I try to eat my food the was a cup and ice all over my fries. I went back and told them. They gave me new fries. Then, when I finally got home to eat my food. They gave me someone left over sandwich. I ordered wings and fries not trash. There was 1 worker who was getting things handle other than that. I really don’t recommend eating at this Wingstop in Puyallup. Why would they have the trash next to people food in the kitchen. I should have read the review sign of the restaurant. I believe it said ok.

Lost our order and then when they finally got it ready they didn’t tell us that it was ready and it was left on the takeout for several minutes while we sat waiting for it. Place also was not very clean. Not impressed.

We got wings on Super Bowl Sunday and let's just say this place was hopping!! The dine-in area was closed off, as they were slinging wings like mad folks. My first time having Wingstop wings and they were ok. I think I like the traditional wing better than the boneless (that felt unnatural). The flavors were pretty good - husband got the hottest and he was happy. The carrots fell flat but other than that, pretty alright. Would return, but maybe avoid such a big football day ?

not the greatest experience. long wait. people that ordered after us were getting our food. when we got home to eat the food it was way over cooked hard as a rock and had long strands of metal from the grill scrubber stuck in the food. The fries were soggy and they forgot one of the fries too. Overall not a good experience. Definitely wont be going back.

Tried to place an order at the counter. I was waiting behind a couple who had issues ordering, which I can understan especially if you are not use to eating there. I was next in line and the gal at the counter looked at me then proceeded to ask the 5 people who came in well after me, what they were there to pick up.They did not have any pick up orders even ready. I don't mind waiting the 20 minutes for the food to cook , but it is poor customer service to ignore me at the register and not take my order or to even address me.Until they get a new manager who can actually do the job and properly assign tasks such as assigning someone on each shift to handle the door dash, Uber, etc orders I will not be spending my money there. I will go to super chix down the road instead
