Olympic Timberhouse Restaurant

I'm actually kind of heartbroken to hear that Paul is shuttering Timberhouse. We are mainlanders who dine out frequently in Woodinville and Edmonds, but no place has captured our undying loyalty like the Timberhouse. We have driven by this establishment many times, but they have always been closed on the days we go by... But this time, they were open! What a neat place! The inside is finished in rough-sawn cedar, which has an amazing aroma and creates a nice, woodsy atmosphere. The lunches were a little more expensive than other places, but well worth the extra cost. Our bill was just under $40 for two. We stopped on our way home from Vancouver, Wa. We both had the clam chowder and salad and ordered the bowl of soup. Soup was outstanding and had to asked to take salad home. Salad was equally delicious when we had it for dinner when we got home. Well worth the price! Yum will be stopping again!
