First time here Saturday evening, 10/26/24 at about 5:30. Not many others there, so plenty of seating. It was a little chilly in there. The service was very friendly and attentive. The Margaritas were impressive. I had a bacon cheese burger with fries, my date had the pulled pork. The food was good, not over the top, but good. I liked the fries a lot, maybe too much. 😄 I'll probably return. It's pretty good if I'm not cooking at home.

The server (young, dark hair w tattoos on her legs)was incredibly rude! I had requested a booth for my family and the server straight told me No. There was a large booth that sat open the whole entire time we were there, not 1 single person sat there. They did not once come to our table to check on us and not one single kind gesture. Not a good experience at all, will never go back! Also, don't plan on taking home your leftovers unless you want to pay an additional $1 for a togo box...absolutely ridiculous! ☆Kudos to the Chef, the food is fantastic!

My gripe is that when the bill arrives there are charges on it we did not expect. $.75 for sauce. Once charges for 2 sauces and we didn't have any sauces. Last time we were in, the menu said $2 to change from fries to onion rings. When the bill came we were charged $3.50 for the change. Yes the wait staff have been nice but I feel sometimes the bill is getting jacked up so they get more tips.

Our waitress has the best customer service I think I have ever had the pleasure to witness. My family and I. Which consists of myself, my husband and our 2 teenage daughters have gone here only twice but our waitress both times (same gal) is funny, attentive and just a pleasure!! This is our go to for dinner with the kids or just the 2 of us. Food is amazing and drinks are strong. ?

Ordered food at 5:11 and around 6:30 I noticed tons of other patrons receiving their food who ordered after I did so I asked if it was coming out soon "we already brought it out, guess someone stole it haha." I told them I never got it and they said they'd make another. So at 7;12 I decided to ask for a refund so I could leave, and it came out as I was asking for my refund. No apology, nothing. I paid over 16$ and waited almost 2 hours for 1 sandwich.
