Very welcoming when I walked in. I was greeted by a gal named Kameron. She was fast and made sure we had all we wanted. Best cookies ever!

We ordered a foot long cold cut sandwich at the drive thru. We ordered lettuce, cucumbers, banana peppers with vinaigrette and noticed when we arrived home it had nothing but the cold cuts on the sandwich. Not happy.

69 dollars for 3 basic footlong sandwiches and three bottles sodas. Now I think that’s a bit insane. 20$ a ft. Long not even a meal

Well my sandwich was good and all but little to nothing on the steak and cheese and pay over 10 buck..plus I thought it was 2 scoops of meat on the 6 inch and 4 on the footlong..not one scoop on it

Pros: very clean
Cons: dry old bread, only had wheat and herbs and cheese, mildly rude workers.
I can only assume there is no bread at 7 on a Saturday because they dont do anything besides clean? First time here, definitely dont plan to return. The manager should figure this out. I'm not the only one who has had issues here!!

This Subway rock cause it's in Quincy and Quincy people know what's up! Let's go. Atmosphere and Service are outstanding here cause it's Quincy kids and Quincy kids are smart and nice. I'm usually happy with my order here my only qualm is that sometimes I get dry bread. I'm gonna request fresh bread in my order next time. Otherwise keep on kee on Quigley Subway!

I won’t go back to this subway. This isn’t the first nor the second time the same young girl in the evening is rude. Called the store to see what kind of cookies they had available, because they don’t always have them and I didn’t want to make the drive/ order if they didn’t have the cookies. Anyway, to start the phone call went a little like this,
hi do you guy have any cookies?
yes we do,
what kind?
all kinds…
yes but what do you have available?
ALL KINDS…
ok.
so we placed a mobile order for the cookies we wanted.
we get to the restaurant and we aren't greeted, the same girl (i know because I've had issues with her in the past) I let her know we had a Mobil order she lets us know that they didn’t have all the cookies we ordered. 🙄 she tells us we should of asked how many they had available even tho we did. I guess in her eyes we didn’t.
I really don’t think or hope that this place has the same owners because back when I worked there this was never acceptable, if someone came in at 8:50pm and wanted a dozen chocolate chip cookies, we MADE them. Not what I was asking at all.

Food is always amazing, can never complain about that. However I've never seen anyone smile at this subway before and every time I go inside to wait for my online order they never ask if I'm there for pickup they just ignore me until I say something even if 20 minutes have gone by. I understand I can also go up to the counter and ask if it's ready but I typically just wait to not rush anyone but it's absolutely stupid that after making an online order you don't ask the only person in the lobby if it's there's. Simple put the food is amazing but almost every worker there looks miserable and sucks at customer service. P.S I work in customer service too 🤷

Never order delivery they don’t really deliver (it’s actually through DoorDash but the app won’t say it) you’ll wait 1 hour for them to deliver it and then not even have it be delivered then you’ll have to go back and forth with them on the phone and door dash to figure out where the food is and why you are still being charged. It was one big headache and if I hadn’t been sick I would’ve never asked for delivery. So just don’t get delivery. You won’t get your money back or your order back according to the store manager. This establishment has poor customer service and just wants your money. If I could give 0 stars I would.
