Omg first time we went! I only wanted to try it and end up buying a whole box. The cranberry white chocolate was soo yummy! I wanted to take them to work so I can share them. The owner was soo nice! We’re coming back for more!! 🥰🥰🥰

Good gourmet cookies.

I stopped in on my birthday with my two-year-old to grab a cookie. The selection was okay, about half a dozen cookie flavors, but no muffins, cinnamon rolls, or bars. The cookie itself was fine, your basic sugar cookie with frosting. Nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. At $4 a cookie, the price seemed about fair for what you get.

The real disappointment though was the experience. My toddler and I were both excited to sit and try my birthday cookie, but we were told we couldn’t eat inside. There’s a bench in the shop, and I didn’t see any signage saying “no dining inside,” so it felt really odd and unwelcoming to be told it’s “grab and go only.”

As a parent, I’ve learned to slow down and savor little moments like this. Being rushed out of the shop on my birthday took away from that. The cookies are fine, but with the lack of variety and the off-putting “grab and go” environment, I just don’t see myself coming back.

Delicious frosted snickerdoodle! It was perfectly soft and the frosting was really good. I will definitely be back to try more.

The cookies are delicious and absolutely beautiful. The customer service is amazing! This is perfect for special occasions or to wow everyone at the next business meeting!

I was driving down the street and thinking that I needed to bring some customers of mine a thank you gift. And then I see luv cookies, I went in and the cookies are so cool and sweet and funny. I bought a bunch for my customer and a couple for me. Whenever I’m in rainier I like to swing by and grab a couple.

Absolutely wonderful. If you drive by thinking should I? You most definitely should. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the flavoring is wonderfully balanced. Moist and melts in your mouth leaving you enjoying your cookie long after it's gone.

Cutest older gentleman helped me i got a surprise bag it had 6 cookies that are a surprise....loved to sample things they were all delicious! Plus they are all heart shaped!

I truly miss the thickness of the cookies before implementing the heart shape. I’ve been a customer for 15 years, and would specifically drive to Rainier for these. The pink frosted sugar cookie is the best. I would never support the “other” cookie establishment again if these cookies returned to their thick size. The thickness holds in freshness. Rating high because I know what these cookies used to be like.
