Ordered a burrito and biscuits and gravy.The gravy tasted like it was made with buttermilk or had just gone sour.I asked for the burrito to be cut in half, and to specifically not include the sour cream or the salsa inside (ordered the large burrito for my toddlers to share) they did not cut it in half which wasn’t a big deal, but they put the salsa and sour cream in it.I immediately regretted even going to this place the biscuits and gravy were not edible, and the burrito would have been okay if it was what I had ordered. Waist of money and time.

Went on a walk with my toddler and decided to stop to get a coffee and some lunch. I ordered a hot dog, fries, muffin and a coffee. Total came to be to be about $15. I only recieved my coffee and my sons hot dog. They did ask me if I wanted to wait for fries, I declined but me son decided he wanted to stay there and eat inside so then I accepted when they asked me again. Discovered from a togo order that was waiting inside with us that they were our of fries and fulfilled their order with sweet potato fries without their knowing so from that I understood that the order I was waiting on would be sweet potato fries which my son is not a fan of, so I left. My son loved the hot dog and they were friendly however they talked down about their management very loudly in front of guests which, to me, is very distasteful.

I was craving a good pizza today and wanted to give this restaurant another shot. I remember several years ago the pizza there tasted amazing. Last time I went back a few months ago I had by far one of the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted in my life. The pepperoni was not good, the cheese tasted like it was past expiration and the service was not great. I read through some reviews to see if it would change my mind but it just reinforces my experience from last time and I’ll probably try somewhere else. It’s a shame, this place used to be top notch in 2012-2014.

I ordered two crispy chicken burgers and a chicken strip basket. The menu shows a picture of typical fried chicken sandwich and that is exactly what I was craving. When I got home I was extremely disappointed when I opened my sandwich to see an obviously previosly frozen floppy thin chicken patty. The chicken strips were also not same as menu pictures and looked super thin and hardly crispy.
Use to eat here frequently. Since the ownership changed, the level of service and quality of the food has taken a dive. I am super disappointed. I hate writing bad reviews. They messed up my order. I spent over $70 for lunch for 4 people. They forgot 2 orders of fries, told us they were our of au juice for my French Dip after we had already paid and waited 10 minutes for our food and brought us au juice in powder form. Super disgusting. ?
