Only place that I found in the small quite town of Rainier to grab some food. Had a delicious breakfast burrito. I got to go back to try their burgers.

I phoned in an order for chicken teriyaki, chicken yakisoba and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The order was fulfilled quickly and was served hot. The yakisoba was extremely oily and pretty tasteless. The teriyaki could of been chard a bit to give it that smokey crispy exterior I was looking for. My friends philly sandwich had plenty of tender beef on it. The menu states it comes with Swiss cheese but it appeared to be cheez whiz and wasn't good at all since it tasted yucky, made the bread soggy and ran all over.

I recommend the double mushroom cheeseburger. The best ever. Also have pretty good chicken nuggets and chicken tenders. As always the fries they're great hot and crispy and the secret sauce is the best. I wish I could buy that by the five gallon jugKid-friendliness: Great family restaurant definitely kid friendlyParking: Plenty of parking easy to get in and out ofWheelchair accessibility: I have a family member in a wheelchair and it is easy for them to get in and out

Best Broccoli beef. Sweet owner. Love going there. Wonderful milkshakes. Theres a drive through as well but i love going inside. Even has a mini markets with staples.Vegetarian options: The owner does most of the cooking and will leave out meat or whatever you don't want. I'm gluten intolerant and she accommodates me.Kid-friendliness: I take my family including Grands and GreatGrands there and they enjoy it.Parking: Plenty if parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and seating.Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten intolerant and Sonja accommodates my needs. The burgers are incredibly good, same with the fries. The staff is also very nice and wait time isn't too bad.

Used to be very good but food isn’t anymore. Last time I got food it was moldy and undercooked. Have not tried the Expresso side since it was added.

Sonjas is a great little restaurant in Rainier. Very comfortable, friendly small town atmosphere and the food is excellent! The Philly cheese steak is a favorite of mine!

We used to love eating here. Before we moved away from the area. If you are thinking of eating here now... DON'T! I ordered a hamburger minus cheese. Sauce was literally running off the dripping cheese while I tried to get a bite through the immense amounts of lettuce spines. The bun was soggy from the drenching sauce. The fries were totally unsalted and tasted of nothing but old, stale grease that had a definite unpleasant odor. Our order of rubber teriyaki chicken was unseasoned and flavorless. Our dog enjoyed the few fries that we allowed her to have. These fries upset my stomach for hours and left a horrible taste in my mouth, also The rubber chicken came home with us, got seasoned, and made a memorable dinner. Memorable because it was so bad. The remainder of the fries went into the garbage. If you want sub-par, over-priced "food," then this is the place for you. McDonalds would be a better choice. And that is someplace we really try to avoid. Except for their sweet tea... Which brings me to my last point. Even McDonalds serves drinks included with their hamburgers and fries. Don't expect drinks to be included here. They aren't.

This place has a mom and pops environment with good Asian cuisines and also serves some American style food for those who aren't in the mood for bentos. The owners are incredible people. Get the egg drop soup!

I've always had nothing but great food here so am surprised that some others had bad experiences. We quit eating out much during the pandemic but decided to try Sonja's again and I think it's better than ever!
