Worst service my family and I ever experienced right from the front door. We were really looking forward to the food as it smelled amazing inside. Maybe next time. The lady server that worked on Thursday, July 11 around noon needs to learn some manners. But at least that was a great lesson for our kids how NOT to treat people.

The food is pretty good. The service was ok. They were already out of sour cream by 10 am, which I thought was odd. Then our forks were dirty, and my husband had a random toothpick in his hashbrowns. So, that was a suprise! I could somewhat understand if he had a sandwich or even if it was on the top layer, but mixed into the hashbrown was VERY strange.
The waitress tried her best and apologized a lot, but you could also hear her and the chef arguing in the kitchen. It definitely seems like they have some kinks to work out.

Had a $10 tip for the busy waitress, but after being ignored for 15 minutes, she delivered the togo box without a hint of kindness.
This is my third time here. I left a hefty tips before and hoped I'd be remembered.
Maybe there should be another wait person so service can be efficient.
