I’ve only had good food and good customer service experiences with these guys. The cherry on top was them being open for business the day after the November 2024 bomb cyclone.

This is one of my go to places when I don't want to get food at work. I believe its a family owned business. My favorite is the regular teriyaki chicken. Food comes out freshly made, hot and the teriyaki sauce is the perfect balance of sweet. Usually do takeout as the lobby isn't the biggest but you can eat in. Very conveniently located by the Microsoft Studios. Way better than the chicken available on campus.

Nice small peaceful place, away from other restaurants and shops, so less traffic.
Food and service is great. Around lunch you should try their lunch special.

I'm willing to bet if kenji reviewed this it would be in the top of the teriyaki places. Perfect char, fresh sliced, great rice. Gyoza has surprisingly great flavor of scallion and ginger.
I was in the area and wanted something quick to-go. I was expecting something less than great but this place surprised me!
The inside of the place was quiet but the staff was welcoming. I ordered the shrimp and chicken teriyaki and tofu with veggie stir-fry. The meat and veggie portion was big! The grilling on the meat was properly done and tasty.
If I am ever in the area again, I am coming back!

Gave this place a try during my lunch break. The quality is great and considering how much teriyaki prices have inflated in the Seattle area (remember when a chicken teriyaki order cost $6?), the lunch special offer is a pretty good deal! The portions aren't too big nor too small for the price. Good quality food and service for the price.

The portions got so small and over 20 $ is way too expensive. And tastes became more bland not as much flavor :/ really like this place years ago.

Always neat place with clean food, Acacia is a great spot.
Everyone raves about this place but honestly it's just average at best. Their sauce is too sweet for my liking (might explain why people love it?). And it's not cheap (nearly $20 for the salmon plate). I guess options are limited in that area so that works for them.
