No barista came to work. I drove 40 minutes to get coffee here and not even an apology. When I asked what's going on, I get a dismissive "nobody showed up" and they just walk away. Thanks for the stellar service.

One would think that the Redmond Whole Foods would be superior in fresh salmon, oysters, and cheese. No, it is not. Why a Whole Foods in Louisville, KY would have a better selection of fresh seafood and a cheese counter 4 times as large, I cannot explain. The cheese selection at the Redmond WF is pitiful. A small area with one staff person and then a small "pre-packaged" cheese refrigerated case. I don't understand it. High income, customers in an area known for cheese makers, i.e. West Coast operations and the offerings are "meh". On another rant, what is up with the limited wine offerings? Once again, the Louisville store with its separate wine store entrance (antiquated state law) blows the Redmond property away.

Now since this chain was acquired by Amazon, although a few items have gone down in price, the customer service is now terrible. I get better treatment at many cheaper chains. Not worth going back

Lots of parking- a big store and so you could go there without feeling you needed to get close to anyone. Fresh options were modest compared to other times I've been there- and paper products neglibile too but otherwise lots of food , which greatly calmed my fears of what hoarding had done to some other markets.

Delicious coffee and friendly people, but they haven’t made me a smoothie in years because their blender is always broken. It may be time they invest in a couple new ones...

I have been shopping at the same Wholefoods for three years and I have noticed the quality gone downhill since Amazon took over. It's constantly understaffed, and the quality of produce is worse than most of local grocery stores. The moment you step in, every detail shows poor management. Whole Foods used to be my favorite store but it's just no longer the same.

Juice bar is a disappointment. The juicer and blender have been broken for months! Whole Foods is owned by Amazon and there's no reason why they can't replace a broken blender and juicer. I have a trained service dog who wears a bright red stop sign colored vest and almost every trip to this Whole Foods I'm bombarded by staff members who feel entitled to invade my space to ask questions about the dog. The dog is beautiful, yes that's correct. But how about having some respect for a disabled person and minding your own business? Would you ask me 20 questions about my wheel chair if I had one? Probably not. A trained service dog is medical equipment and should be treated as such. Staff members have kept other customers waiting in line to come over and check out the dog. When I tell them their behavior is inappropriate they treat me like I'm the rude one. It's unfortunate there are so many people who can't handle the rejection of not being able to touch or talk to ONE dog.

Located just steps from our hotel (The Redmond Inn), the Whole Foods was a convenient, high-quality choice for fruit and groceries, although, as with all Whole Foods, the prices can be steep. We did find good prices on soy milk and bottled water, and the Northwest cherries were spectacular. Check out staff were friendly, but the process was slower than we would have liked, as the customers ahead of us seemed to have trouble with their Amazon Prime app, which apparently gives discounts to Whole Foods shoppers.

Interesting products. Good parking. A bit pretentious. Overpriced mostly. Really good produce. I don't shop often here due prices but I do enjoy the experience here.

Been giving this place so many chances but I've walked out hungry, without coffee for the last time. Finally brought good bacon back but if you're not one of the first people in the door, good luck getting any of it. The blenders at the coffee and smoothie spot are constantly broken and takes weeks to fix. Anyone with a prime membership can get a new blender in a day so it is perplexing why it takes so long to get those fixed. Whole Foods, sad to say but you're no longer my go to breakfast and coffee spot.

Hit and miss with employees overall customer service and friendliness though I come here specifically for my body products and the girls are always very helpful. Bakery department is lacking to say the least I've seen better selection at a 7Eleven. They are almost always out of the orange juice I want I wish they restocked more often. Whole Foods in general has fallen off in the past few years especially since the merger with amazon but I guess it's still better than most.

This Whole Foods has poor quality produce. I bought asparagus, broccoli, and strawberries that looked ok and then 2 days later when I went to cook them, they were completely spoiled. I will not be buying produce here again.
