Yeah not sure about past posts, joint was pretty solid, food came out fast, lady at the front was nice and smiled as I left. Ill probably come back.

Horrible service, good food though.

The lady that takes your order is rude, and laughed at us when we couldn’t hear her. Speak up. She was very rude when I asked to buy a water a few minutes after purchasing the original food. The radio is obnoxious, blasting k-pop garbage.

I’m not surprised to see so many people leaving reviews about the poor customer service here. The cashier was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping customers. It’s disappointing to have such a bad experience, especially when it seems to be a common issue.

Used to love this place. They have gone down hill. The lady is rude and laughs at you. They used to always have the Christian radio playing and soup with your meal. Nothing like it used to be and much more expensive: Disappointed.

They make teriyaki. If you like teriyaki, you'll like this. :) It's not outstanding, but it's good, there's variety, and the price is decent. Plus, they were kind enough to serve me when I had to come in 15 minutes before closing. Basic, but good!

I came to this place and asked the owner for a few items. When I handed her a $100 bill, she said she didn't have change. I said, 'Okay, I’ll go to the gas station to break the bill and come right back. Could you have my order ready by then?' She refused and insisted that I leave my phone with her before going to get change, explaining that people often say they’ll return but never do. I told her I was genuinely hungry and would definitely come back, but she still insisted on keeping my phone. So, I left my phone with her, went to get change, and returned to pick up my food, which was ready by then. Honestly, I found her attitude quite unpleasant and very rude

Try this if you are hungry to get chewed out, yelled at and experience despicable customer service. Ordered, paid and walked out stunned - without picking up my food. The experience left an awful taste in my mouth. Avoid this landmine!!

We were genuinely looking forward to supporting this local establishment, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. After placing and paying for our order, the interaction we had with the staff—particularly the individual at the counter—was shockingly hostile. We were yelled at and treated with open disrespect, without provocation or explanation.

The environment became so uncomfortable and unsettling that we made the difficult decision to walk away—leaving behind the meal we had already paid for—because no food is worth enduring that level of mistreatment.

This review isn’t written lightly. We believe in giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, and we rarely post negative feedback. But the repeated pattern of similar experiences in other reviews suggests this is not an isolated incident, but a systemic issue with how customers are treated.

We strongly urge others to consider whether their time, money, and energy should go toward a place that seems to have little regard for the very people who keep it in business. Respect and decency should be baseline, not a luxury.

Great spot for quick and delicious teriyaki. The chicken teriyaki is so good, you can taste the char from the grill, and the egg rolls are great too.

The food is awful, especially considering there's so many other good restaurants nearby. The worst part is by far the lady behind the counter (likely the owner). She is rude and unkind. I'll certainly never visit again for the food, I recommend against it highly.
