This woman is extremely rude. One thing I cannot stand is someone who is terrible to other people especially paying customers. This place is gone downhill in the last few years. Try being nice to your customers and people in general. This is not a good way to do business I'm sorry but they're done for me, I'm never going back

IMHO this is the best teriyaki place in the immediate area. My go-to is the beef which is a sweet moderately coated teriyaki. Other options too like American Chinese. Only slightly odd thing for dining-in is the heavy Christian music at moderate volume and the slightly sticky tables. Not the worst thing.

This place totally surprised me. Was working near by and thought I would give it a try. Best chicken teriyaki I've ever had, period. Came back today while nearby again and again, still the best! The chicken is grilled and you can taste that. That flavor with a good sweet sauce makes a great combo.

What a shame. The food is great. The staff is beyond terrible. The woman I’ve encountered taking orders should be fired immediately, before you lose all your customers. Rude attitude is an understatement. I love the food here, but will be finding another restaurant to spend my hard earned money.

Very bad attitude every time I go there. Today I use Apple Pay and she just asked me to extend my arm like to reach the card reader instead of moving closer to me. Initially I thought it would not work but it somehow worked. Otherwise I would just walk away. The only reason I’d come is close to my place.

Super rude front desk lady, slow service, terrible food!We came and that rude lady took order, and impatiently told that it would take over 10 minutes, as if we added hassle to her for ordering here. Then 10 minutes later we returned, seeing her packing food. We asked “Is it ours?” That rude lady yelled “I need time!” Alright we didn’t mean to urge her but whatever. Finally when we go the food we want to make sure we got everything, so asked “Is that everything?” The rude lady wrathfully yelled “what do you mean by is that everything?” We didn’t bother to deal with her so we took food and went out quickly.The food was barely edible. Over cooked, dry, and over sweetened food. I don’t honestly understand why this restaurant is still in business.

This place is our "go to" for swimming and has been for years. Great food, generous portions and prompt service. I regularly call to go out and 99% of the time, it's ready when I walk up. Order again tonight!

Ordered take out and when we brought it home and opened it up, they totally over cooked and burnt the katsu. Not edible. Called in they really didn't care. I didn't have very high expectations to begin with, but this was really disappointing.

ordered through door dash and I picked up the order. woman refused to give me my order. She said she needed to see the app, which i had to redownload since i ordered it from my home PC. Showed her the confirmation text for the order and that wasn't good enough. Finally brought it up on the name and it had less information than the text.The food itself are very small portions for what you pay for, and loaded with MSG. Avoid this place at all costs. Rude customer service and below par food. pass.
