waited in long line to order a latte only to get to front to be told their machine is broken... Really...you couldn't put up a sign! So I waited so long I ordered a drip...terrible coffee anyway. cold breakfast sandwich

Food is 5 star because I didn't get anything I had a interview, everything else is awesome. The employees are nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is amazing

A nice bright place serving yummy bagels. We ordered the sesame and everything which were great. The sourdough was a disappointment. Both veggie and Jalapeno cream cheese were excellent!

Now that the Marymoor Park light rail station is open, it's just a short walk to this shop on any given day. The employees are always friendly and the food is always delicious.

Service was a mess the day we visited. We arrived with only one family of 6 in line in front of us but it took 35+ mins to get our food despite the family in front of us getting theirs quite quickly. We ordered 2 bagel sandwiches and they seemed to hand out several other sandwiches to people who ordered after us first. Then when we finally got our order, one sandwich was completely wrong so I had to take it back inside and wait again for my food. While I waited, someone else brought back their wrong order too.

Sandwiches were good (not mind blowing), they have a lovely patio space and its dog friendly. I'd consider going back, but if service was that bad when it wasn't busy I can't imagine a Saturday morning.

Such a great bagel! I got the cheddar bagel with garlic and herbs cream cheese. It was honestly such a perfect bagel. It was toasted great and the ratio of cream cheese to bagel was perfect.

Staff doesn’t read notes, made the incorrect order. I arrived at the correct time, and waited 25 minutes at the pickup window only to receive the wrong order.

Stopped in for a quick bite, and was very impressed! I got the Freida Finkelstein on jalepeno cheddar, and my husband got the Bacon Egg & Cheese on jalepeno cheddar as well. Both were incredible. Bagels are sooo fresh and flavorful! Definitely want to try more!

Bagel to cream cheese ratio is pretty bad. Cold bagel even after being toasted. Bagel is a bit dry too

This is my go to bagel place and has been for years. Lovely chew on the exterior and tender crumb on the interior. No hockey pucks here. Great bagels sandwiches and we always take some home as well.

It takes forever to get a bagel after you order. When I checked in 20mins after ordering, they asked me to wait for them to call out. Finally after 45min., I lost my patience and went in to ask them. Apparently they didn’t have my order. I waited additional time for them to rework the order.
