Used to be really good but it started to going downhill recently. The food doesn't taste the same as 2 years ago, and didn't get better since. I give it 4 stars because it still part of my nice memories.

This is by far one of my favorite work week lunches - it's such a great deal! A big personal hotpot loaded with meat and veggies, spicy garlicky bean sauce, rice or noodles, iced green tea or black tea, and lemonade with sago for a quick shot of dessert! The sauces help you amp up the flavor as much as you want and the variety of goodies in the hot pot keep you excited for every bite! My favorites are the fish cakes and balls (but who's surprised)
Saying on their schedule that they close at 2:30 on weekdays, but when I arrived at 2:10 today they said kitchen is closed and I can’t go eat. Please be clear about your hour and stop confusing consumers.

Does the job for hotpot I think? I haven't been to many, but I hear the eastside has good hotpot places.

We had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, we submitted our name to join the waitlist and were relieved to see that no one else was ahead of us. We were really hungry and thought we’d be seated quickly. However, even though there were several empty tables and no visible line, we ended up waiting at the entrance for quite a while without any acknowledgment. At least three staff members were standing around the counter chatting for over 10 minutes, yet no one came to greet or assist us. The complete lack of basic courtesy and customer service was shocking. In the end, despite how hungry we were, we decided to leave. We don’t want to support a business that treats its customers with such disregard.

The atmosphere here is terrible. It's very small. The music was blaring so loud I couldn't even hear myself. Think let alone talk to my person I was with. I had to go up and ask to order my food cuz the lady never came back to my table. Just overall a terrible place

My stomach hurts after eating here
We came in as soon as it opens. The restaurant was quickly filled up!
The waiters are very enthusiastic. Great service!
The hotpot came with rice and a drink. Overall experience was awesome! The pickle and lamb soup was the only disappointment as the soup was so sweet. Maybe it was Taiwanese authentic.

If I can give negative points I’ll give it to their service for sure. They assume everyone has a bad intention of stealing even if you’re a legit customer. I do like their food, but I won’t go their Redmond store again. Bellevue one is fine.
I ordered DoorDash pickup today from this place. When I was at the store, I saw my order was on the self pickup shelf right next to the entrance, so I picked up my order. When I was about to leave the store, a waiter called me and asked me in a rude way that do not pick up the order from the self pickup shelf without checking with him even if it is my order. I was like, you shouldn’t put the pickup orders on the self pickup shelf next to the entrance if you want people to check with you beforehand. He became even ruder, and said you can’t pick up the order no matter where I put it. Everything above was in Chinese, I’m doing people a favor by translating it in English.
Shame, being rude to your own kind. It was an unpleasant experience, and I forgot to ask his name.
