I went here for lunch and had a great experience. The mango lassi and chicken korma I ordered was delicious and Abhi was a very kind and helpful server! The indoor decor was beautiful, and we were told they brought in everything from India so you get to experience the lovely style as you enjoy your meal. I’m excited to go back and try more dishes.

We had a fantastic experience at Bombay Bistro in Redmond. The food was absolutely excellent and reminded us of authentic Indian flavors done right. We ordered the Chicken Kolhapuri and the Lamb Rara, and both dishes were packed with depth, spice, and the kind of slow-cooked richness that you rarely find outside India. The Kolhapuri especially had that perfect balance of heat and flavor without being overwhelming.
Our server Abhishek made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and gave great suggestions without being pushy. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a good time.
The highlight of the meal was the Paan Ice Cream — easily one of the best desserts we’ve had at an Indian restaurant. It tasted like a fresh paan from a good street-side vendor back home, but in a creamy, refreshing form. Not too sweet, very fragrant, and the perfect finish to the meal.

We dined for the first time today…. The experience was nothing but spectacular. Abhishek and Aawaz were awesome.. made us feel special, welcomed and elevated our dining experience. It was one of those times when you walk into a restaurant expecting the usual but are surprised. We ordered the butter chicken and chicken kohlapuri.. both were authentic tasting and really really good! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough….

Each and every single dish was very tasty and flavorful ! So happy to have an Indian restaurant which serves authentic Indian dishes finally open up here !!
