The food was good. Our family dinner experience was ruined with truly awful service. First they sat us down at 8:30 and we ordered the apps. They refused to put in the order and rushed/ pressured us to order main course and dessert immediately, even though we said we need a couple of mins to look at the menu. The waiter was impatient. This was at 8:40 pm restaurant closes at 10 pm. We then asked for coke with no ice and our waiter said they cannot accommodate. I understand ice for mocktails or cocktails, but surely we should be able to get coke without ice. Our waiter also didn’t get clean the table cleaned even though we have requested for it to be cleaned twice after main course and before dessert. I’d say for the price they are charging, the service is terrible.

Absolutely loved the mutton biryani!
I ordered online and it was ready in 10 mins.
The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced — the rice had that authentic aroma, and the meat was so tender it just melted in my mouth. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good, but it truly took me by surprise. You can tell they put real care into their cooking. Definitely one of the best biryanis I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended for all biryani lovers!
Edit: Revisited this place. Called for Kadhai paneer and Garlic Naan. The garlic naan was raw and extremely doughy. I have never had naan this bad anywhere before. The kadhai paneer was just tomatoey. I wouldn’t revisit this place. Would give a 0 rating if I could.
Old review: We visited this newly opened fine dine restaurant late night for dinner. Honestly, the food was fine, the service and ambience was amazing. We called for - Afghani Paneer : this was yummy - Baby corn Manchurian : not how a Manchurian should taste. Taste vinegary. Can be skipped - Pav Bhaji : extremely disappointing. The bhaji felt very rushed. Will say that it was too fresh. Just felt like a medley of veggies.
Will I visit this place again? Yes, because I want to try the main course. I do think this place might offer delectable naan and sabzi.

I never leave reviews, but hopefully this one helps the management improve their service and food quality. We had a really bad experience from the get go! The manager himself was quite rude. We had to wait over 10 mins to get our order in and when asked avoid kid friendly things on the menu he said there were none. We tried requesting if they could make any dish non-spicy, the answer was, you guessed it right No. When we tried to order additional food, the reaction was that we were unwanted guests. The food quality was not great. The starter chicken had more food dye it than the actual marinade. See photos, the chicken is actually dyed green! And the dish had a paste of green dye as embellishment!
Although, a shoutout to the kind lady who then served us after we expressed our disappointment. She was extremely helpful and really took care of us!

First time at Bombay Bistro - our party was 5 people.
I trusted the Server when paying and was willing to include a tip. I did not know there was mandatory Redmond Service Charge already and the Server added an additional gratuity tip automatically. I only found out when reviewing receipt at home.
Our party was 5 people. My payment was processed thru the tablet and did not see the detailed line item charges. Good thing I asked for receipt - but too late and as a surprise.
To Summarize - our bill included Redmond Service Charge and an additional Gratuity Tip of 18% - Double Tipping.
It’s our First time at Bombay Bistro - food and service were satisfactory.
Set back experience in Double Tipping.- it should be at guest discretion regarding amount of additional gratuity - since mandatory Redmond Service Charge been included. I do not mind providing a gratuity tip but should be at my discretion.
