I went here for lunch and had a great experience. The mango lassi and chicken korma I ordered was delicious and Abhi was a very kind and helpful server! The indoor decor was beautiful, and we were told they brought in everything from India so you get to experience the lovely style as you enjoy your meal. I’m excited to go back and try more dishes.

This place has the best vibes + food! Super flavorful and also very catering to spice levels for newcomers. Did a birthday event here for 15 and very accommodating. They also served the best desserts and chai! :D

We had a fantastic experience at Bombay Bistro in Redmond. The food was absolutely excellent and reminded us of authentic Indian flavors done right. We ordered the Chicken Kolhapuri and the Lamb Rara, and both dishes were packed with depth, spice, and the kind of slow-cooked richness that you rarely find outside India. The Kolhapuri especially had that perfect balance of heat and flavor without being overwhelming.
