Have ordered pizza three times from this place and in all cases the pizza itself was okay, but the waiting time was unacceptable at all!
When you order online and you get confirmation to pick up your pizza, for example, at 1pm, you donāt expect to get it at 1:20 -1:25!
If it only happened to me once, Iād definitely ignore it but when I see the same issue again and again, they must do something about it to respect the customerās time!

We grabbed take out, so I have no idea about service or atmosphere, but their specialty pizzas are amazing. The tandoori and butter chicken are packed with toppings and sauce.
Staff doesnāt know how to charge their customer. They have charged me incorrectly first time and I remind them about his. Then they did this again and keeps recharging me several times. eventually I have to drive back to the restaurant to fix their fault. And the staff was so rude all the time like I made the mistake not them. š

We took the medium butter chicken pizza. The pizza tasted more like a tandoori style chicken than butter chicken. The crust was also kind of soggy and even the medium is a little bit on the spicier side. While there are plenty of seating in the restaurant, it doesnāt have an ac which was very unusual for a restaurant. They had the door open for air flow and one tiny little fan at the entrance. The whole place was extremely hot and not comfortable at all for a dine-in experience.

Letās be frank - Not easy to make Indian pizza. The toppings have to be just right and you cant just add any ingredient.
We ordered a veg and a paneer pizza. Dough was thick, and not fluffy. Too many ingredients and seriously, ginger on a pizza?!! Sorry - you can do better!!

The entire staff is so rude. They donāt have any manners to handle the clients. When you are hungry and in hurry donāt ever think of going to this pizza restaurant.
On 4th of July we order via phone at 8:15 PM and reached the restaurant before 9 PM. By the time we received our order it was almost 9 PM.
Instead of politely asking us to take to go instead of dine in, the lady rudely ask us to take only to go order and eat somewhere else.
This is not professional and customer centric. My kids went hungry for another 1 hour before until we order from somewhere else.
