This location gives consistently less food than other locations. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead, order in person, are a regular, etc. The bowl I received was about half full prior to adding lettuce; picture included if you are able to see how shallowly the food has been filled.
I used to be a frequent customer but at this price and quantity of food given, I cannot justify returning to this location. @Chipotle, please normalize the amount of food given, you will lose loyal customers

This unfortunately is a terrible chipotle to order ahead. The last two times I ordered ahead I waited 20 minutes past the pickup time. Totally unacceptable, they need to dedicate more people to pick up orders.

I come here always because the food is great, no complaints about that. But the person behind the register always has an attitude, and honestly, it ruins the experience. I come here to enjoy a good meal, but dealing with that kind of energy especially when I’m already going through a lot in life just makes me angry. A little kindness would help.

This Chipotle has the worst customer service I've ever seen at a Chipotle restaurant. Their employees are rude. One of the workers shamed my son and I because we asked politely if they could change their gloves because of a food allergy. This is common practice at most Chipotles when asked. I will not be returning back to this place. I have been treated like this more than once at this location and will take my business elsewhere.

Save your time. Don’t order online here. I ordered online here, waited for more than 10 minutes after reaching, and still my order was not ready. They clearly prioritize foot traffic ( which is not wrong in my opinion) . There were about 7-8 people waiting in line for pickup order as well.

This was absolutely the worst chipotle experience ever. The staff was so rude and should be fired immediately. First, they kept rushing my friends and I while were the only ones in line. My friend tried paying with cash, and the worker was clearly shaking her head and glaring. We got quesadillas and the cheese was not even melted and the steak was all fatty. Worst customer service experience ever.

Staff was friendly. I’m just irritated I placed my order at 610, scheduled pickup for 620-630 and I didnt get it til 640. Yes, they were a lil busy. I asked for a complimentary toritilla for the wait, they proceeded to try and charge me for it. I didnt even get the napkins or utensils I asked for.
if you order online for pick up, double check your order. one time there was no meat in my order even though i ordered double chicken and even tipped them. another online order, i added guacamole and they didn’t include it but i caught it before leaving and kid at the counter didn’t even apologize for the mistake. this place is a rip off if you order online.

Staff is always very friendly and the food is on-point every time I’m here, but the tables are always dirty when I come in.
The staff only busses the tables when there’s nothing else to do (rarely) so I always have to clean off my own table when I come in for dinner.
The restaurant seating is laid out nicely and there’s good music but the wire-frame chairs make it far from cozy.
Lots of “fluids” on the ground in the men’s restroom.
