This one is definitely one that’s on the lower end of portion sizes. Relative to other chains I’ve been to this one is pretty pathetic in terms of portions.

We came for the ugly sweater bogo promo for ugly/holiday themed sweaters. The workers didn’t give us the promo. They said that the sweater wasn’t “christmassy” enough. We ended up buying the food and it was good, but this seemed petty given it was a holiday plaid sweater and was what I consider “ugly”. Next time say that this store doesn’t do the promo.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Chipotle was frustrating enough that I felt I needed to.
The food itself was fine—honestly about 3 stars. Pretty typical Chipotle quality. But the service and atmosphere were absolutely 1-star.
It took me 15 minutes just to get to the front to order, and the line wasn’t even long. The staff was moving incredibly slow, and it felt like they had no sense of urgency at all. When I finally got to order, they majorly under-portioned my bowl, to the point where it was noticeably less than usual. When I politely asked for a bit more, they basically ignored the request and didn’t add anything extra.
Overall, between the slow service and the skimpy portions, this location really missed the mark. I won’t be coming back anytime soon

We usually order for pickup or delivery and more often than not the order is wrong and even when it’s right the portions are always way smaller than if you order in person

I'm at this Chipotle pretty often, and I just wanted to say that Aize and Dizzy are outstanding employees. They're always friendly and professional every time I come in, having a positive attitude, keeping the line moving, and handling busy days without getting frustrated
I've watched them deal with everything from long lines to picky orders, and they always stay patient and polite. They work well together as well and give excellent proportions. You can tell that both of them actually care about making sure people get what they want.

Dizzy makes the best burritos for us, and I’ll never forget she wished me a happy birthday and I felt so special as a customer. 😊

Dizzy is so friendly and efficient! She’s the only reason why we come into this chipotle to get our burrito. I feel welcomed and I always have a great experience when she makes my food. 🥰❤️

I visit this location frequently, probably 7-8 times a month.

Service is normally for this type of restaurant and I understand that there are busy times, but today I was completely ignored and chastised by an employee for not continuing to wait for my order.

I placed an order through the chipotle app for pick up At a certain time, 5pm. I arrived at 4:57 and waited my the pickup stand. At 5:20 my order was still not out, and I asked for an update. Someone came out and I was told they would go check on my order, and they never returned.

When I requested a refund I was told that they don't help with online orders and that they couldn't do anything until the line died down.

This was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I don’t usually do reviews, but my experience here a few weeks ago was so bad. I went on my lunch break during lunch rush. I had never been to this location before. I get they were slammed but they were so rude and unprofessional. One guy went to help me and this lady scolded him to go in the back. And then proceeded with an attitude to rush and take my order. Then someone else took over and she had the biggest attitude slapping my toppings and rushing my order through without letting me put my desired toppings on it. I had to tell her to slow down. And when I asked for guac and the extra queso she skimped on she gave me the biggest attitude and said “that’s extra” and I said I don’t care. Like it was bad. I am a humble working class person. I work in healthcare and this customer service was just unacceptable. I don’t know that I will ever be going back to this location and the manager needs to be aware of their poor customer service.

The employee who took my order was very rude. I believe her name was “Dizzy” or something like that. She rushed me to order (I hadn’t been to a chipotle in a few years so I didn’t know what I wanted but wanted to try it again) and continuously cut me off asking if “that would be all”

I’m a frequent regular at this chipotle, it’s a hit or miss. It’s a hit whenever i see Zizzy (i think thats her name) she is just delightful! Amazing portions and great vibes, and she is pretty as well. She truly makes my day. However on sunday around 6:30, there was a guy working the front counter that had a light tan complexion and he was really rude. His portions were despicable, and he moved my bowl to the side when it was too much to cover with foil? (no bowls at that time) And he just made the cashier do it? She asked him what hes gonna do with thay and he just shrugged and barely acknowledged her. Like you cant be fr right now?? You had one job. Zizzy was originally doing my order and I internally groaned when I saw him start to do it. Zizzy gives perfect portions. This guy gives below below average. Disrespectfully, he should get fired. PLEASE reprimand this guy and get him off your team 🙏 Also I asked for a side of queso and somehow there was carnitas there? HE poured my queso into the cup. I dont eat pork so I couldnt finish it. 2$ down the drain! Anyway Zizzy and Isabella deserve a raise 🩷. Ive seen Isabella a few times, (pale complexion and sweet face) and she is fantastic! Those 2 are kind people, Hope I see them more often! Otherwise food is great :)
