You get your own water. Your own condiments. Place your order at the front. Then get up when your name is called when your food is ready. Then expect a tip! Who else misses the Stone House fine dining restaurant pre-Covid?? Sad.

Coastline burgers offers a narrow but nice menu, and each burger I've had is fairly good. It's clearly aiming for the boutique burger joint category and prices itself as such, but it's not insane or anything.Employees are polite and helpful. Service is at a moderate speed. The place is kept clean, inside and out.The chain advertises their buns as if they've cracked some secret code, and frankly, I can't figure out why. They're pretty average, and while a step above a mcdonalds or wendys bun, that's not exactly a high bar. What's much more interesting are the shoestring/haystack fries. They're crispy and thin, and are a great snack item, in my opinion easily beating out large fast food chains in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: None/Very limited. Unfortunately, there's a set of stairs and no ramp. While I get the feeling they'd be OK taking your order remotely, it's just not set up for limited mobility customers on account of it being inside a renovated old building.

The burgers are messy, but it's what I expected with the toppings and condiments. The fries are always fresh and thin, the way I prefer. They don't have soft drinks, which pushes up the cost for their milk shakes, which are very good, by the way, but there is free water. The place is small, so seating can be limited, especially if they are busy and the weather forces you to eat inside. During good weather, 10 feet away is the park, plenty of tables and they also have a small number of tables on their patio. My wife, who doesn't eat meat, claims their vegetarian patty is one of the best she's ever had.Vegetarian options: My wife, who doesn't eat meat, claims their vegetarian patty is one of the best she's ever had.Parking: There lot has space for 6 or so customers, but be aware that the opposite side is for a pub, and not for them. There is free street parking, and 1/2 block away is a pay garage.Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps into the building, so it is not wheelchair accessible.

If you want to try a good hamburger, this is the place. Great food and great customer service.

I understand why the burger costs $9, but when you're making a burger that costs that much, it actually needs to taste good. The buns appear to come from their bakery, but they're not that good of a bun. The sauce isn't that great. The patties are large, but they've smashed them flat so they stick out and end up being dry. The lettuce is just low quality chopped lettuce.Shakes are good though.

Best burgers hands down in around. Flavor is like In n Out. But cant get enough, and enjoy the food every time I go.

Today, I am writing my review based on my first visit. l walked into Coastline Burgers about 5 minutes after ordering online. Upon arriving inside, I received a welcomed greeting as I was asked if I had the online order. I proceeded with answering yes, as I placed an order online. Thus afterward, I had a nice conversation with the staff until my food was shortly done. Food quality is well worth the 5 review. As the flavor is simply perfect; crisp, soft and juicy.

Quick service. Fries are really thin cut, a bit over cooked and crunchy. Patties are thin and taste like they're cooked from frozen. Overall not a great experience, do not recommend.

We wanted to try the new place in Redmond and to see what they did with the Stone house .The place is ok ,chairs and counter are very low, feel a little ridiculous. The burger was just ok minus .The chips were large amount and good. And the bun that it’s their pride was dry ,it’s tastes like a day-old buns, that are dry and grainy.very disappointing!!!!

The burgers were "good enough". Not life changing or exciting. The fries were horrible, Super skinny like the kind supermodels eat with 4lbs of salad. The fries were bad enough to skip this place every-time. Especially Ally with Tipsy Cow burgers a block away. Interior seating is limited and uncomfortable. To fix their issues and be successful they should: 1. Change the fries (no one wants ultra skinny fries) 2. Sell beer, it could be a great summer patio location. Fix the indoor seating issues (better to have one nice table for 6 adults than 12 stools for little kids. 3. Get a heated outdoor setup for year round seating

I wanted to love this but as other reviews pointed out, the Redmond location served a cold, undercooked burger that tasted like it just came out from a refrigerator. I ignored the other reviews thinking that cold toppings would be a good thing but it was one of the worst burgers I've had. One star instead of two because although the presentation was nice and the staff were friendly, the inside of the thin patty was clearly pink. The fries were very thin and crispy so if you like that you'd like these fries. They were too crunchy for me but that's just personal taste.

So tired of food service people wearing gloves to clean floors, roll up rugs mop, and use dirty cleaning rags, and then serve food, make milkshakes and put toppings on burgers without changing the gloves. This place is gross and should be shut down by the health department.

I tried an Impossible Burger. It tasted good, but the bun was cold. Overall, it's a straightforward burger that doesn't really excite. However, it's perfect if you're looking for a quick burger or lunch. Also, it is very cold inside so make sure to wear a warm jacket. I wish these places turn up the heat.

I was politely greeted upon entering. Went to the kiosk and placed my order. Food was served promptly, fries were hot and fresh.Ordered the "super bacon". Patty and bacon were cooked to my liking, bacon somewhat crunchy, burger cooked medium. Patty was moist, seemed fresh. Ample lettuce, the right amount of sauce. A very tasty burger. The bun...a little too much bread for a single patty, so if you like more meat, order a double, then it'd be just right. Fries.. so I'm a fan of crispy hashbrowns, these fries were hot, fresh and just barely crispy. I thought they were perfect. Reading other reviewers, I could see them not being good if you didn't get them freshly fried, but I came during lunch hour, so they were just right. So let's compare, 5 guys, $9.59 for a bacon cheeseburger, you can add whatever toppings you want, pickles, raw or fried onions, tomato...Coastline, $8.99, tomato isn't an option??? The coastline burger tasted better to me, but was too breaddy hence my 4 rating.Good meal for the price.
