Worst customer service, didn’t serve me first even i came first, made me wait!!!!!! That girl ruined my day!!!!!

Came for ice cream with the family and it was about 10:15pm. Both the girls were in a hurry. Made the ice cream sloppy. If you can’t do your job the right way, find a new job. Also if you give out something and you didnt order it don’t you think you should listen to the customer and what they want?

Great experience! The workers there are so friendly and welcoming, they work very efficiently while keeping quality work. Special shout out to one of the workers, Rebecca, she is so kind and was working great even in the chaos of a busy day. The ice cream was great too with a great selection of dairy free ice creams, 100% worth it!

Enjoyed the boo-batter taco. Got a slight chuckle when I ordered it, should’ve known something was off. Came out the same way it came in.

just so you know if you get the Boo Batter flavor your poop will be blue-green 👍

There was a very hostile environment that the worker created when i asked for my ice-cream flavor to be corrected after it was messed up.

The weather is not as hot but their ice cream was all melted. Seemed like a problem with their freezer. Did not relish the ice-cream. It had no coffee flavor and was very bland and full of sugar it seems.

Their Credit card machine did not accept the gift card provided by the Town center Management. It was a pain going back and forth getting the card to work. 😒

Not a happy experience!!

Entered this location 10 minutes before closing and was just looking through the flavors when the girl behind counter just started yelling at us to choose quickly as she didn’t have time. Since we were a large group it took us a little time to order. When we told her the flavor she kept yelling to tell the exact one coz she couldn’t see the one we were pointing to..she was outright rude and ill mannered. I have been to coldstone creamery in Alderwood where the lady was exceptionally sweet and this person here just ruined the place for me. Never coming back.

The server has zero respect for the customers. Have some respect while serving or close your shop

The best coldstone I have ever been to. The people serving are super welcoming, kind and smiling. Proportion of the ice cream is also considerable. Over all good exp and tasty ice creams

Justin is at the pinnacle of customer service. He helped immensely with a last minute cake order and was so personable along the way.

The cake was delicious and I love how you can customize all the layers and toppings. They make it dangerously easy for the customer's waistline.

The employees are always so nice here, but the store is always dirty and there’s never any waffle cones! Very disappointing with a store of this caliper can’t keep waffle cones made. I’ve been to several different cold stone Creameries around the area and never had this issue. Step it up Redmond

Very tasty Ice cream!
The staff are super helpful, friendly, joyful and always ready to help. It was a pleasure interacting with them.
The Ice cream and Shakes are really good and comes in a big portions. The prices are fair.
They even let us order and sit there after their official closing hour, and they did that with a huge smile.
Places like this are a gem!
