Disappointed about how small the chocotaco is ☹️, the rest of the ice cream is fine

The best coldstone I have ever been to. The people serving are super welcoming, kind and smiling. Proportion of the ice cream is also considerable. Over all good exp and tasty ice creams

Justin is at the pinnacle of customer service. He helped immensely with a last minute cake order and was so personable along the way.

The cake was delicious and I love how you can customize all the layers and toppings. They make it dangerously easy for the customer's waistline.

The employees are always so nice here, but the store is always dirty and there’s never any waffle cones! Very disappointing with a store of this caliper can’t keep waffle cones made. I’ve been to several different cold stone Creameries around the area and never had this issue. Step it up Redmond

The staff are super helpful, friendly, joyful and always ready to help. It was a pleasure interacting with them.
The Ice cream and Shakes are really good and comes in a big portions. The prices are fair.
They even let us order and sit there after their official closing hour, and they did that with a huge smile.
Places like this are a gem!

Went to Cold Stone with a friend tonight and it looked like the place was under some kind of maintenance, but they were still serving customers. The older gentleman working there was just so friendly, excellent service. The cake batter ice cream was great too.

My first time trying ice cream in this place! I ordered a mango ice cream with coconut flakes, it was delicious and not too sweet. They have a great selection of mixes and toppings, but I like to keep it simple. The server was very friendly as well.

Ridiculously inefficient service. Two servers helping each group instead of helping additional folks in line. Really stupid long wait times don’t need so much talking just take care of the service!

Nice ice cream but it can be considered to be a bit on the sweet side. There is limited seating area but both available indoors and outdoors. The staff was kind and lets you sample the flavors. This is a good place to go in RTC for a sweet treat!

My husband and I visited Redmond for a week and got ice cream here twice during that trip. The staff was super friendly and quick. Ice cream was delicious both times.
