Orders at 11:14am , get a call from store stating it will be 1 hour to get our pizza and that was 2 hours ago. I have no issue waiting a hour for our lunch but just follow through with what you tell customers !! Not 2 hours later and still no call!! Called the number and they just hang up on you (chat bot) as a business ourself I could not fathom running an operation like this.
No communication and no follow through
We would be out of business if we ran our operation like this store dose

I’d give zero stars if they would let me they lied that they were a manager on the phone and I live across the street so I walked over there after he hung up on me and refused to take my order because I am a Woman and he only wants to serve on males and he got offended if I asked him if he was new here they should get a whole new staff because they are all rude and the owner of this Domino’s needs to take control and figure out what’s going on in their own store they’re refusing service to people and losing you out money

Very skimpy on their ingredients, especially when you use a coupon. Parking is extremely limited with small spaces. I recommend ordering carside delivery.

You guys didn’t give my sauces and I know I should’ve confirmed when I got my order but you seemed busy so I just assumed they were put in the box but they weren’t and these sauces are expensive 😕 now my eating experience won’t be as enjoyable

Horrible customer service. Staff clearly needs better training and more passion for their work. I was not treated like I mattered much and everything was blamed on me. Unforgiving manager (at the time) and rude customers that get away with anything. The drivers don't always drive with caution or safety in mind, they seem in too much of a rush to meet a quota or something. The food is ok but over priced. Not enough parking so people forced to park in handicap stalls. I'm disappointed and still feel depressed by my horrible experience here. Please do better. Thanks.

Repeatedly asked for it being a clean cut. One of the crew member i believe lied. The clean blade was never used but he insisted he did use it. I would request a manager reach out as i am escalating this further.

Food is good. Problem is they use Al to answer calls. If I'm calling I have a nuanced questions it obviously can't help with. Don't waste my time it's ridiculous.
called and ordered a large NY extravaganza from their AI Robot as always. The call was exactly as always, confirmed my order for large NY style extravaganza ready in 11-20 mins, perfect. Got there and gave my name and more order to pick-up, as usual. The girl said it would be a few mins, had to redo the pizza. Ok, I wait a few come back in she hands me a pizza, I check it and it's a cheese pizza. I say this isn't my order and now a different girl is there wanting to show me her computer which says I ordered a cheese pizza, according to 2nd girl. I'm like, where's the other girl and that I talked to initially that told me they messed the 1st large NY extravaganza and had to remake it. So I'm saying guys, you're telling I ordered a cheese pizza, you haven't made what I did order, and now I have to wait for another 15-20 mins. I explained again that called and gave your AI robot the exact same answers as always. They just stood there and I'm like, lets go hustle up and make what I ordered, I'm already late. Then the mgr said, did you say hustle up, and I said yes, I'm late you guys need to hustle up. He said get out of my store and then another kid yells, learn how to order a pizza. Pretty amazing. If you can't handle that job, not much of a future for you.
