My favorite coffee in Kirkland, they serve Sleepy Monk and brew it right.

The butter beer latte is really good with great vibes initially. 15 minutes after we sat down, there seemed to be a community event or group who's gathering at the coffee shop. They were very loud and obnoxious, resulting in an unpleasant experience then afterwards.

Downpour is a decent cafe in Redmond and very close to my home which is why I frequent it. Their baked selection is good.
This place unfortunately suffers from two baristas I'd honestly skip next time I see them. You'll find the most under extracted bitter coffee from them, don't even bother going to this place.
If management is reading this, please train your baristas on making good espresso. Under extracted, runny, a joke of a cappuccino is what I recently got and had to throw it away. If the inconsistency remains, I might've to stop going to this one.

Love this place! Great coffee, super friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. They’ve recently added halal food, which is a huge plus—everything is fresh and delicious. One of the best local spots in Seattle area.

I loved the atmosphere and service, but the coffee and matcha really sucked. I wish they didn’t, but they did. They use Torani syrups. The matcha was too watery and too bitter, and the coffee had no taste. If you’re going to name a coffee “Teddy Graham Latte,” I would expect cinnamon, honey, and shortbread syrup, but all it had was bitter coffee with some cinnamon on top. I wanted to try the food options since they’re now halal, but after having the drinks, I just couldn’t.

The iced butter beer latte was good! Also got an iced matcha for my sister, it barely had matcha in it. Took less than a minute to make the matcha. Coffee is good, but if you’re looking for matcha, do not recommend to get it here!!
I asked them to add more matcha, I’m not sure what the barista did but you can’t even taste the matcha. Ended up just throwing it away!
But again the coffee was good!

Ordered cortado but was too milky. When explained that it’s made with equal parts milk and espresso, the server made it again. It still wasn’t quite right but appreciate the service and effort.

I came for a hot chai 16oz on a Thursday morning around 10am. Lots of seats were taken but the window bar tables were available. WiFi worked well. There are outlets to plug in. Music wasn’t too loud so I could take calls for work. The chai latte wasn’t very hot or full which was my biggest disappointment.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Macrina (a Seattle local favorite) pastries. I didn’t get any but I sure wanted to and am happy to see it’s an option!
