I absolutely loved the taste of my Emerald Smoothie! However, the music was quite loud, making it hard to hear the cashier. The service was also a bit slow – it took about 20 minutes for two smoothies, even with only a couple of people ahead of me. Plus, parking was tricky due to the limited spaces. I hope they can adjust the music volume and maybe speed things up a little.

I've come here several times over the last 2 years. The smoothies are always excellent, but the workers mostly always look like they'd rather be anywhere else than serve people. My sister went with me yesterday and was greeted by Caya.
She had a big welcoming smile and a bright personality. I don't let sour attitudes affect me that much at all, but when you see someone with a positive attitude like Cayas, that genuinely can brighten your whole day. My sister and I thank her for that.

Not all Emerald City smoothies are the same… I’ve been to several and always get the same order. 32oz Zone zinger split into two cups… but that’s too much to ask here. They won’t do it. On top of that they are the slowest I’ve ever been to. Probably because the caterpillars to the Tesla crowd that calls in their orders.

I normally try to leave really good reviews for stores and I actually really love every Emerald City smoothie I’ve visited, but the store took 20 minutes to make a 32 ounce drink. They also made 4 other drinks ahead of me that ordered after I did. They failed to provide the full 32 ounces and it tasted off from every other store that I’ve ever had make this drink. They were very friendly and also offered to remake it, but I didn’t wanna wait another 20 minutes. I don’t think I’m ever going to return to this location.
