We arrived at the place and entered, there were 5 minutes left before closing and the lady did not want to serve us and we wanted 5 milkshakes! In the end none of them did and she told us that she could no longer serve us! How bad for the business that hires unfriendly and unfriendly people, benefiting the premises and their income! It's too bad that these types of employees exist!

Initially, I aimed to be understanding, acknowledging that not everyone has their best day or needs to be at their peak performance at all times. However, I believe a simple smile and greeting can significantly enhance the experience. I've decided to modify my review to more accurately reflect my feelings. We normally visit the Bellevue location, and this was my first time choosing this particular venue. Based on my experience, I will most likely be returning to Bellevue in the future.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to find and parking right in front of storefront.

First time at Emerald City Smoothie today and the Guava Sunrise was delicious! Quality taste and perfect smoothie consistency. The woman who served us was helpful and so fast.Took off a star for lack of seating. Would be nice to have additional chairs so we didn’t all have to squeeze on the couch.

OMG.... This was my first time here this morning and they made me feel comfortable right when I walked in. Plus I was kind of unsure of what to get but the woman was very helpful ( can't remember her name) & they didn't rush me or make me feel rushed ☺️. I ended up creating my own which, was strawberry, blueberries, banana and I wanted some type of vegetables and she suggested spinach and kale which the drink turned out amazing. I will definitely be coming back there ? absolutely loved it and it was healthy and it didn't taste like it, A+ in my book ❤️
I would really appreciate if there was a way to contact this business besides leaving a bad review, but there isn't, so here you go. The staff are unsupervised teenagers, and the service is unpredictable at best. I've walked in to a completely empty store, I'm the only customer, and I've had a staff member make direct eye contact with me, and then let stand at the counter waiting to order for 3-5 minutes while they wash things. I managed a bakery and café for 4 years and understand that there are things to do behind the counter, but I fired people for acting the way the staff here routinely acts. The smoothies I get at other ECS locations actually taste like fruit, and are brightly colored. The ones from this location taste like ice and xanthan gum, and are pale pastel colors. $10 is like kind of a lot of money to be treated like shit and then given a cup of ice. What I'd really like is all the money back, that I've wasted here.(PS I always tipped - $2 at first, then usually more like $1 after awhile, but I always tipped - it didn't matter, or it wasn't enough or something).
