I had a wonderful experience today that I'd like to share in case you're thinking of stopping by here. Kenneth was one of the friendliest people I've ever met, he not only introduced me to the owner, but also was really fun to chat with and brought me everything super quick. The food was exceptional, portions are amazing as you can see in the picture I've got more of everything if I want it, and if you're not convinced then I don't know what else I can say. Also sorry the picture was taken halfway through because this burger was absolutely amazing.Parking: There is always an exceptional amount of parking any time I've come here. Even while writing this review.Kid-friendliness: I'm kind of a kid at heart, I can't imagine a child not loving it here. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and it's an inviting atmosphere. The menu is very broad and I can imagine no kid not finding something that they would like.Wheelchair accessibility: I do not have first hand experience; however it looks to be very easily accessible by wheelchairs. The pathways look a bit wider than other restaurants.

Salad had rotten lettuce. People in the kitchen area were way too loud. Conversations between servers and customers took away from other patrons. The one female server with short hair does not know how to use a quiet voice. We use to come here a lot, but no more.

Cold food.Incomplete order.Choice of third class bread, smallest white bread slice, untoasted, for peanut butter sandwich, putting hardly any peanut butter and charging $6 for it.Bland omelette with raw broccoli as vegetable, no effort to season or put even salt and pepper, barely any cheese in the omelette.Cold omelette, pancake and waffle. Taste was below average.Coffee not refilled.Servers never check on us or make any eye contact.

The hosts at the front didn't have any customer service skills, they barely spoke the entire time. The food was so undercooked it was practically raw. The "toast" was more like bread. The bacon was hardly warm when it reached the table. The sausage was undercooked. The hashbrowns were unseasoned and were also barely toasted. For $40+ it was a waste of time.Overall terrible experience. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I loved this place! I stayed in Redmond just for a week and wanted to try something authentic and “American” and found this amazing spot. Best pancakes ever, but you must be really hungry to eat the entire plate ?

They do an excellent job. All the breakfast classics! I get eggs over easy with ham, bacon, and sausage. If you do lunch or dinner, they have Ivers clam chowder!
