I ordered sushi and it was great. The only thing that slightly annoyed me was that they sprayed me with water.

My family and I attended Fuji Steak House last Saturday night. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Great atmosphere, great food and great entertainment for the children. We were greeted at our table by the lovely Rose who was so friendly and engaging with us for our whole visit. I would definitely recommend paying a visit to this establishment.

I recently dined at Fuji, a Japanese Steakhouse, and overall had a pleasant experience. The Filet mignon was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The chef's performance was entertaining and added an extra element of fun to the meal. However, I was a bit disappointed with the scallops as they were overcooked, resulting in a slightly rubbery texture. Additionally, I was surprised to find out that the fried rice was an additional $10 charge, which I felt was a bit steep considering it is a staple side dish at a Japanese steakhouse. One thing that did bother me was that the portions for mixed meat orders were the same as single meat orders. I believe that customers ordering a mix of meats should receive a more balanced portion of each type of meat.Despite these drawbacks, the ambiance at Fuji was inviting and the service was attentive. If you're in the mood for a fun dining experience with some delicious Filet mignon, Fuji is worth a visit. Just be prepared for some minor hiccups along the way.

Not sure what people are complaining about pricing. So long as you are ordering a lower priced protein like chicken, shrimp or just a steak its hard to find a complete dinner for $30-$40 these days. The service is a bit of a miss mistaking the tables orders but rectified it quickly.Don't sleep on the tempura ice cream it's actually really well balanced and the cake is not overly sweet, reminding me of a tempura version of a baked alaska

We specifically requested no drum/fanfare for birthday celebration, but restaurant ignored request and did this anyway. By the way, your drum fanfare is cheesy. Detracts from the dining experience and ambiance.

The hibachi was amazing as always, but when went to the bar I was charged an absurd price for fish that smelled very fish, we aren’t that far froThe see and I had better tasting and smelling sushi in Missoula. For 2 plus drinks $130+

Consider this an experience, not a meal. It is loud and showy, rather than a great place to eat. There is a constant noise assault on your ears. Don't bring people sensitive to noise. It could be good for a kids or young adult celebration.

Restaurants like Fuji Steakhouse and Benihana are the same: Over-priced for little food. Our party of six ordered filets, New York steak along with shrimp and scallops. We asked for the filets to be prepared medium; medium-rare and rare. Since the chef slices the steaks while cooking, they cook fast and they all turned our medium. Additionally, the filets hardly resembled a "real" filet as they were some sort of flattened steak. For a tab of $500, this is unacceptable. Service was attentive and drinks were good. We will not return to Fuji Steakhouse.

We were seated with another party who had a seafood allergy. The accommodation was too cook seafood last, which meant our seafood arrived long after everything else was cold. The food prep team also supplied the chef with the wrong food on multiple occasions. One of these instances meant half of our entree was missing. Aside from the chef, who was fine, service was generally polite but slow. Not what I expect when paying $200 for dinner with a family of 4.

As always a fun dining experience. The food is good! The hostess on Saturday evening (wearing a white sweater) was very rude. The waiteess and chef were over the top! I requested 2 high chairs only to find one was in working order. The hostess was not helpful at all. The waitress went over and above to make sure we had a safe and secure high chair. Hostess needs to change her demeanor!
