The set up staff was very helpful, quick, and professional. They outlined where all the additional things were. They packed up all the extra food to send home with us and picked up all the serving trays right after the party was over. It was very easy to work with Timia to plan the catering. I would HIGHLY recommend using them.

The day of the reception, they showed up on time, had everything prepared way before the event started, was on top of everything all evening and cleaned up and left the kitchen in perfect order so quickly! The food was delicious (we ordered pasta, salad and the charcuterie board). We will definitely use Green Apple again if we ever are in need of another caterer!

The day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond for us. During a terrible rain storm, they assisted the wedding party with umbrellas, they placed fresh florals beautifully on the cake, even our wedding guests remarked how much they loved the catering staff!

Timia, in particular, was wonderful to work with both leading up to the event and on the actual day. Throughout , the process she went above and beyond to bring our vision to life! Including executing beautifully every last small detail we requested, from procuring a special gin for our signature cocktail to making sure the napkins were folded just so. Importantly, all the food was delicious both at the tasting we had as well as at the actual wedding. Our guests particularly enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates as passed appetizers and the chicken and waffles late night snack.
