From the start of the process, Timia provided us great communication, constantly updated contracts, planning and adjustments based on our requests. The groom and some of our party were vegetarian and Green Apple provided such amazing options that our entire wedding loved the all the veggie options. Lemongrass Impossible meatballs? Hell YES.
The day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond for us. During a terrible rain storm, they assisted the wedding party with umbrellas, they placed fresh florals beautifully on the cake, even our wedding guests remarked how much they loved the catering staff!

The coordinator we worked with throughout the process was worth every penny, and she made me, and my husband feel so special and supported. Just typing this makes me cry, because they truly made our wedding day so special, and all my guests said the food was the BEST food they have ever had a wedding. We also had a late-night snack with chicken and waffles, and my husband/guests are still talking about how cute and tasty they were. Green Apple did an absolutely spectacular job catering our wedding at Treehouse Point this past Sunday! Timia, in particular, was wonderful to work with both leading up to the event and on the actual day. Throughout , the process she went above and beyond to bring our vision to life! Including executing beautifully every last small detail we requested, from procuring a special gin for our signature cocktail to making sure the napkins were folded just so. Importantly, all the food was delicious both at the tasting we had as well as at the actual wedding. Our guests particularly enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates as passed appetizers and the chicken and waffles late night snack.

Their team was super supportive and cohesive in getting the venue set up and flipped after the ceremony. The food & beverage services we exceptional and the flavor amazing. Then at the end of the night, the breakdown process with so fast and smooth. I will always recommend them and cant wait to work with them again.My only recommendation is a mandatory coffee station with every wedding/ event to provide coffee to intoxicated guests at least one hour before the event ends.
