I used them for my wedding in September, and their service, professionalism, and flavor are the BEST of the BEST! The coordinator we worked with throughout the process was worth every penny, and she made me, and my husband feel so special and supported. Just typing this makes me cry, because they truly made our wedding day so special, and all my guests said the food was the BEST food they have ever had a wedding. We also had a late-night snack with chicken and waffles, and my husband/guests are still talking about how cute and tasty they were. They also were very understanding that some of our friends didn't drink alcohol and brought in some non-alcoholic beverages to make sure everyone had something to complement their dinner.Green Apple Catering, thank you thank you thank you! Green Apple did an absolutely spectacular job catering our wedding at Treehouse Point this past Sunday! Timia, in particular, was wonderful to work with both leading up to the event and on the actual day. Throughout , the process she went above and beyond to bring our vision to life! Including executing beautifully every last small detail we requested, from procuring a special gin for our signature cocktail to making sure the napkins were folded just so. Importantly, all the food was delicious both at the tasting we had as well as at the actual wedding. Our guests particularly enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates as passed appetizers and the chicken and waffles late night snack.

Their team was super supportive and cohesive in getting the venue set up and flipped after the ceremony. The food & beverage services we exceptional and the flavor amazing. Then at the end of the night, the breakdown process with so fast and smooth. I will always recommend them and cant wait to work with them again.My only recommendation is a mandatory coffee station with every wedding/ event to provide coffee to intoxicated guests at least one hour before the event ends.

I was just photographing an event at the new Trillium wedding venue and I saw that Green Apple Catering was there. As always I grabbed a plate to put off to the side to snack as I worked. Holy cow their food is so good. They’ve always been good but it was crazy good the last few times I’ve eaten their food. I pulled the owner aside to compliment them. Kris told me they hired a new head chef a while back. I had to go tell him directly how great the food was. I was at a wedding a couple months ago and I heard like six people the the crowd commenting about how good the apps were. It is rare to over hear the guests talking about the food at weddings so that just goes to show how good it really is. You will not be disappointed hiring them for your event. If you don’t get the bacon wrapped dates (maybe it’s figs) you’re missing out.

I could have seriously put this platter together at Safeway for $25.
