I have come here a LOT in the past year, and it is amazing every time! The food is delicious and fresh, ordering is easy as it is done on a large screen, and the staff is always friendly. In my opinion, it is worth every penny and I highly recommend it!

I had a delightful experience at Hello Poke. The custom, large poke bowl with half rice and greens was both fresh and filling. The fish (salmon, tuna, albacore) was fresh contributing to a healthy meal. Service was efficient, with the friendly staff ensured a quick takeout experience. It's ideal for a speedy weekday lunch or dinner - note it's closed on Monday/Sunday and early on Saturday. Situated near Redmond Town Center, it's a convenient spot I look forward to visiting again!

Food is pretty good. Prices have gone up in the past year though. Also, other than being closed on Sundays and Mondays for some reason, they are closed randomly during the week a lot. Sometimes multiple days in a row which is unfortunate. They could probably make good money if they had normal hours and even bring their prices down. Seems like missed opportunity for more business… You can’t order pickup online or through DoorDash occasionally as they disable it even when they are open. Just an odd way of running a restaurant. Their portions can be generous so not sure what others are complaining about but you can customize what you want.Way overpriced drinks. For example, a bottle of water is $3.25. You could get a case of 24 for that price at QFC….Also calories aren’t posted anywhere. Hard to say if you are eating 700 calories for a bowl or 1000+ for a bowl. Would be 4-5 stars if it wasn’t for being closed all the time, overpriced drinks and missing calorie/nutritional postings.

This is the best poke place in Redmond and I've tried them all. Nothing beats their ease of ordering, freshness and variety of ingredients and quality. If you want real authentic poke bowls come here. Not like the stuff you get from your usual chain, much better!

The poke was delicious! Sauces are amazing, portion is not that big, if ypu have a big appetite order large.Vegetarian options: There are some veggies in the mix ins and toppings (edemame, cucumber, radish), but sauces and proteins are the best part (mushroom, tofu, tamago)!Dietary restrictions: This place has gluten free options (rice, salad, chips, lots of proteins)

Bowls are delicious and filling. Never a long wait for food whether ordered online or in-person. Orders are always correct. This is a great lunch spot right across from the downtown park - eat Inside or at the park outside!

So bad. There is less that 2 strands of seaweed and half the bowl is empty! So cheap and cutting so many corners!

I’ve eaten out at Hello Poke more times than anywhere else while I’ve lived in Redmond over the years, and I’ve continued to come back. It continues to have the best value for money compared to similar options, and very consistent quality. The ordering via kiosk is very quick and easy- it seems like a better option for both the customers and the workers. Service is always fast, and I think this newer system is even more efficient.Inside is always clean, but you really can’t beat eating out in Downtown park right across the street!

The portion is too small. I order 3-protein with brown rice, but the bowl is not even half filled. Can’t justify the $17.99 cost comparing to Just Poke.
