Had the Avocado, Egg, Cheese and Habanero sauce sandwich which was awesome. I will be back.

There were flies everywhere. The staff was standing around chatting while the line grew longer and longer. It took more than 30 minutes to get a sandwich and I was 3rd in line. Overpriced.

Minus 1 star for speed. Be prepared to grow your own vegetables to save time.
A little over priced and unfortunate that everything is in paper
Placed an order online which confirmed pickup time in 20 minutes (NOT!) I got there and waited, and waited and waited for 50 minutesWhile waiting, they called out several Doordash ordered readied, just in time for the DD customers. Then those who came in person to order after I got there and way after my online order was accepted, their in-person orders also were readied ahead of mineApparently Homegrown put Doordash order at the highest priority with in-person order next, moving personal online order to back of the queueThis is just wrong, to have to wait 50 minutes. Only in RedmondWe never had this issue at the Mercer Island locationPls sort this out Rmd mgmt...

literally never open. I always go at the open times posted online, and every time they've got a sign on the door saying they're randomly closed for the day. get it together lads

I stood there for a solid 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me or attempted to take my order.

Kind of pissed at this point that they're still closed and haven't sorted something out with their Union situation. It appears the *other* locations are open? I can order their stuff online sometimes, it's all very confusing. All that and I don't even know what the Union wants. There has been zero messaging in any clear way about what's up. However I'm not really surprised, it seems this is a common modus operandi in Seattle. Considering the issue maybe I'd support the Union, but as is all I know is I've had services and amenities removed for no apparent reason because of a strike.

Used to love going here for breakfast and lunch. Often multiple times a week. Unfortunately, this location has been closed for 3 months (since late October, 2023) due to a strike. How a sandwich shop can be on strike for so long boggles the mind. Hope they figure it out soon, and I'll happily update this when they do. Until then, it's just a waste of valuable real estate in the heart of downtown.
