Pretty good for being an airport location.

If you're looking for a great spot for takeout ramen, order from here! They used to be open on Monday's but they must have changed their hours so don't come here on a Monday (Yelp says they're open but Google says closed). I love that you can customize your ramen order if you don't want to select one of their signature dishes, so that's a plus. They package it so the noodles and broth come in separate containers and once you're ready to eat you can just eat out of the containers. I've tried their miso and tonkatsu broth and they are really flavorful and broth comes out still hot. They're located in Redmond Town Center so highly recommend helping their business out during these tough times! They also have gluten-free noodles if you request it.

Really good veggie bowl of ramen. Even better overnight. Miso broth has a ton of flavor and the cooked veggie toppings are super tasty. One of the best values in the area.

Recently moved to Redmond and glad it didn’t take too long to find a decent ramen place I can walk to. , I usually get the spicy tonkotsu, and overall find it to be very satisfying comfort food. The portions are what you like to see at a joint like this, too... which is to say, big. Lookin forward to the plague finally ending so I can visit more regularly with my pals, but for now, the staff is doing a fine job keeping safe!

I LOVE ramen, and try every new place that opens in the Capital Hill and Eastside. As someone who doesn't eat pork, it's hard to find much variety or quality. Hong Noodle has lots of non-pork options, great service, and always have our order ready in 15-20 minutes when we call ahead. They have a fun add-in bar, but I have found the pre-built options to be better than anything I could put together myself. My go-to is the spicy silken tofu and seafood. I get it every other week now and save leftover broth for the next day simmered with frozen dumplings. We also get the dipping ramen now for the intense broth, simple and perfect toppings, an delicious noodles without having to worry about too much salt in our diets by consuming so much broth.

Fast friendly service and very helpful when we placed are orders. This is a hidden gem in Redmond Town Center. Used to a lot busier prior to covid but we do takeout at least every other week. Love the menu. There is something for everyone even my picky daughter.

I usually order Nagasaki ramen and I haven't tried other menu yet. I like their soup because it's not too salty and the thickness of noodle is just perfect! They put good amount of shrimp, squid and green onions and I enjoy eating this ramen. I always order to go so hopefully I can dine in when this COVID-19 restriction is over!

The food is simply delicious. I got an order of Pan Fried Chive dumplings, Pork Xiao Long Bao, and Shimp & Pork pot stickers which were all so yummy. And to add some acid for your flavor pallette I would recommend the Sweet & Sour Cucumbers which were so crunchy good.

Rude customer service. Asian lady at the front seemed as though customers were a bother and proceeded to speak Korean while I was ordering and asking questions. No hi, no thank you, nothing but rudeness. Ramen is decent but I would take my money elsewhere to another appreciative business.

The noodles are great here, but broth is a bit salty. And half the time when we ask for shaved ice they have been out or the machine is not working. The staff have been very polite!

Very rude staff that complained and spoke in a different language as I was ordering. She interrupted me more than a couple times when I was trying to order. Staff seemed mad, unhappy and annoyed when being asked questions about the menu.

Good size portions for the price. Hits the spot when you want ramen and some izakaya. There is room to improve the quality and the taste (which doesn't mean it wasn't good). The staff is good at tracking customers when your order is ready. Place is a little dark for my liking in buy you can relax away the day with a good ramen (and a beer if you wish). Won't say it's the best but I think it's the best in the Redmond area.

Gave this place 3 chances and was disappointed all 3 times, food is always terribly oversalted and quality of their ramen is worse than at any cheap place around. It’s really difficult to make a bad ramen but these guys seem to manage it. Not coming there again
